Fruity, reminiscent of melon and peach. It is no longer a juice.
The aroma is gorgeous and you can drink more and more, not good sake in a good way.
It was delicious and perfect for summer!

Ramune! A drink that is too much rumne.
Alcoholic stimulation? Slight carbonation? A refreshing rum-like flavor with a squishy stimulation.
I would like to drink it again if I see it in summer!
This is a summer sake from Kuroryu. I had heard that it was a dry sake, so I was prepared for it to be quite dry, but it had a strong attack and I felt the initial alcohol stimulation, but the aroma was gorgeous, like pears and melons, and it was very easy to drink with a strong sense of rice flavor.
It went well with the yakitori I bought at a yakitori restaurant on the way to the restaurant.
I was told at the liquor store that Kuroryu's autumn sake is the best, so I am looking forward to the release of the autumn sake.

Classical sake, the kind of sake you would expect from a Japanese brewer.
It is not fruity, but the aroma is gorgeous. It has a good sharpness.
Citrusy. It is a cool and refreshing sake that you would like to drink after a hot day, such as while enjoying a cool evening on a boiling hot day, or at a pub on the way home from a summer festival.
I would like to drink it again if I see it somewhere this summer.
I don't remember much from the day I drank the various drinks, but I do remember that they were delicious.
The black one was fruity and the white one was dry. Both are unfiltered raw sake, but the white one is Nakadori. The white one tasted a little more complex, perhaps because it was a medium-bodied sake, and it was delicious among the various types of sushi.
Fruity and gorgeous, but strong with a thick core in the middle, it is a very tasty sake that is easy to drink because it cuts through easily without harshness.
It goes well with seafood, and it also makes seafood tasty, so it made my dining table more enjoyable!
I will buy it again when I go to Nikko area.
