I knew I wanted to try Sake Mirai with Jyushiyo. The aroma is weak. When you put it in your mouth, the acidity and sweetness spread and the umami taste follows. I think it tastes best when drunk chilled. It is quite to my liking.

This was a limited edition label that sold out quickly. I was lucky enough to get it and kept it for my enjoyment. Nice fruity aroma. After a good fizziness, sourness and sweetness come in. Overall, it is clear and easy to drink. I had it with umi budou, a souvenir from Okinawa...!
