First drink of "Abe" which I wanted to try.
Mild acidity and fruit aroma. It has a light effervescence and strong acidity. It also has a gentle sweetness. It is easy to drink and seems to go well with anything sweet.
Purchased by lottery sale.
Immediately after opening the bottle: The aroma is not that strong, almost fruity. The moderate fizziness is pleasant, and the sake has a good balance of sweetness, acidity, and umami, which is typical of Jikin.
I expect other Jikin to be tastier a little later than after opening the bottle, as the corners have been removed.
The aroma is subdued. Almost no sweetness or sourness, slight pungency and not much of anything... lol.
Maybe it's because it's a restaurant.
The kind of sake that everyone imagines is not tasty (sorry for the bad language).
Sweet and mellow aroma. The light effervescence is pleasant, and the acidity and sweetness are mixed with a dark yet subtle bitterness in the aftertaste. Easy to drink and delicious! It has a sweet taste, so it would go well with dessert-type snacks!
The aroma is almost the same as that of Hakutsuru-nishiki, which is a very nice smell. It has a characteristic aroma, and I wonder if this smell is that of Hakutsuru-nishiki. The taste is also close, but it is rather spicy and difficult to drink.
I've been wanting to drink this San-Do for a long time! The last time I saw it at the store, the moment I wanted to buy it, the person in front of me took it and it was sold out😭.
I was surprised when the lid blew off to the ceiling when I opened the bottle.
The aroma is fruity. It is the best ever with a strong sense of effervescence. The taste is very sour and sweet, and the finish is not like low alcohol, but the aftertaste is clean and easy to drink. Grapefruit? Lactic acidity? It is different from other sake!
The label is so stylish that it can be displayed.
Good evening Kaya 😃.
Congratulations on getting the birthplace ㊗️🎉!
The lid will fly off first 🚀 I'd love to drink it slowly ‼️ but it's so good I'd kill it instantly 😋.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby!
I was so surprised to see the cork fly out of the bottle lol.
It's easy to drink! I try not to drink too much by drinking it with other strong sake lol!
I was lucky enough to get it in Yamanashi and let it sit for 6 months.
The aroma is subdued due to a stuffy nose...lol. Like 2023, it is very easy to drink with a refreshing taste of sweetness mixed with the unique acidity of Shinmasa. It is still delicious!
Postscript
On the second day, it tasted pungent and lost some of its flavor.
The aroma smells like sour fruit and the flavor is strong. When you drink it, sweetness and sourness intertwine. It is easy to drink with a bitter taste? It is easy to drink with a refreshing taste with a hint of bitterness. When opened, it has a strong carbonation, but when you drink it, you don't feel that much. It is delicious with a characteristic taste.
Fruity and light aroma. The umami (spiciness) is strong and delicious. It has a full-bodied but fruity flavor and is easy to drink. I felt it was a delicious classic sake that is typical of Japanese sake.
I knew I wanted to try Sake Mirai with Jyushiyo. The aroma is weak. When you put it in your mouth, the acidity and sweetness spread and the umami taste follows. I think it tastes best when drunk chilled. It is quite to my liking.
This was a limited edition label that sold out quickly. I was lucky enough to get it and kept it for my enjoyment.
Nice fruity aroma. After a good fizziness, sourness and sweetness come in. Overall, it is clear and easy to drink.
I had it with umi budou, a souvenir from Okinawa...!
Sweet and very nice fruity aroma. The sweetness and fruityness come first, then a little spiciness (umami) in the middle to the second half. A little spicier than my favorite strain, but still quite tasty.
Good fruity aroma. Strong sweetness mixed with sourness, with a clean and easy-to-drink aftertaste. It is hard to feel the pungency even if you keep it in your mouth for a long time.
It is easy to drink, but in a way it is a sharp taste. It tastes as good as the previous reputation, and is a bottle that I would like to make sake haters drink.
The aroma is weak, the mouthfeel is clean, the sweetness is weak, and the flavor is strong. Is it weak in characteristics? I felt it was a gentle sake suitable for a mealtime drink.
It has a fruity aroma, a strong sweet taste, and a strong but not spicy flavor. The aftertaste is mild. It is easy to drink for its alcohol content. It is a good drinker whose appreciation improves with each sip.
I bought it because of the cute label.
It has a fairly nice fruity aroma, and the taste is very acidic, followed by umami (spiciness). It is delicious, but if it had a good fruity smell plus a refreshing taste, it would have been more to my liking.
The label is stylish and cute.
