Purchased with the golden label.
The aroma is gently sweet. The fizz is strong, and there is a strong stimulation in the mouth. There is a gentle sweetness, but no sourness, and the bitterness comes later. A strange sensation that quickly disappears from the mouth. It is refreshing and has an overwhelming carbonation that I have never felt before.
Aroma is nice, full and fruity. The fizz is not strong. It has a strong sweetness and spiciness, with a freshness. If you drink it as it is, it is not to your taste, but as a food sake, it has a high degree of perfection.
I have been looking forward to this drink very much since last year!
The aroma is fruity and sweet. There is a light effervescence and a very good balance between sweetness and bitterness, although they are strong. The acidity is moderate and there is no pungent aftertaste. I think it is quite similar to Huang Shui Xian. The level is very high, but if the bitterness were a little weaker, it would be my personal don't-miss taste.
The aroma is sweet, muscat-like. Slightly carbonated at first, with a pleasant combination of sourness, bitterness, and sweetness, each strong in its own way. The low alcohol content and slight bitterness makes the drink more enjoyable. It seems to go well with cream cheese.
The aroma is subdued. Mellow, gentle sweetness and a strong umami flavor. It has a strange sense of modernity and a classic sense of rice, perhaps because it is not polished. As the name suggests, it tastes natural. It is low in alcohol and easy to drink, but has a strong flavor. It is not spicy.
Opened one I bought 6 months ago! The bottle is luxurious and super cool 😎.
The smell is subdued. Slightly grape-like aroma. Slightly effervescent, with a slight sweetness, strong acidity, and a bitter aftertaste. The acidity is quite strong in the Niimasa series. It is easy to drink and has no pungency, so it is a versatile sake that can be drunk as it is or paired with other sake.
The nose smells of sweet, white grapes from a noble wine. Slightly effervescent. Very sweet, but with sourness, bitterness and some pungency in the second half. Dessert sake!
Easy to understand and delicious.
Sour fresh grape aroma. Strongly effervescent and sweet, but the acidity and bitterness are stronger than the sweetness. Easy to drink and modern from the fizz and taste. No pungency of alcohol is felt. Tastes like Senkou or Sanchou lineage. Good cosmetics.
I tasted this sake when I attended an aging seminar at Imanaya.
-The sake, stored at 5 degrees Celsius, was 22 years old, but still had a freshness to it, and yet it was a delicious sake with a strong accumulation of flavor!
Fresh fruit aroma. Mild mouthfeel with acidity and slightly strong bitterness. The sweetness is moderate. It is not very modern but has a delicious flavor and is surprisingly easy to drink. It seems to go well with grilled fish.
This sake is limited to Imanaya. The aroma is fruity, fresh and gorgeous. The taste is slightly fruity but quite sweet. In the latter half, it has a slightly spicy and bitter taste. The spiciness disappears relatively early and the bitterness remains rather bitter. I found it to be highly complete.
Bottled in 2019, this sake has been laid down for 5 years. It is a strong sake with an initial sweetness, bitterness and strong aroma all at once. It tastes like herbs. It has a full flavor, high alcohol content, and spicy.
Amber-colored sake. Aroma like brandy, not sake. Aroma like brandy, not sake. The taste is overwhelmed by the aroma, but the sake flavor remains in the latter half of the bottle.
The alcohol content is relatively mild among hiyaoroshi, and the sweetness among the mellow flavor makes it easy to drink. It goes well with meat and fish.
