The aroma is clear and fruity. There is a slight acidity, and the sweetness and sourness are very strong, very refreshing and delicious. It has a feeling similar to Senkou.
The aroma is sweet and lush. Not as fizzy as it says to be careful opening the bottle. (Maybe because it had been sitting for a while after I bought it?) It has a strong acidity and sweetness. It is very easy to drink, but the alcohol content of 16% makes it quite impressive. It is a little far from my favorite type, but it is quite tasty with a high degree of perfection.
The aroma is sweet and somewhere between grape and lactic acid beverage. The grape-like aroma and the clear taste, despite the cloudiness, are interesting and tasty with a fizzy feeling. The aftertaste is bitter and clean.
The nose has a sweet smell of grapes. The fizziness is present but not strong. The floral taste is the ultimate in fruity. The taste is very characteristic, a mixture of bitterness, sweetness and acidity. It resembles a Senkaku beetle.
The aroma is pineapple, even if you don't put your nose close to it. The fizz is not strong, and there is a good balance of acidity and sweetness, giving it a strong juicy flavor. Very easy to drink.
Slightly less sweet than others.
Smell is very sweet. It is a clean noble sake, like a dessert. It has no peculiarities and has a sour bitter taste afterwards, making it too easy to drink.
I am happy to have won the lottery.
The aroma is sour yet mellow. The taste is a harmony of the unique sourness and sweetness of Kaze no Mori, with a bitter taste that leaves the nose because it is also pleasantly carbonated. Perhaps because it uses water with high hardness, Kaze no Mori has a unique taste of the same strain.
The aroma is subdued. The taste is rich with mild acidity and sweetness with a slight fizziness. The taste is typical of rice wine and is suitable for commemoration!
Purchased with the golden label.
The aroma is gently sweet. The fizz is strong, and there is a strong stimulation in the mouth. There is a gentle sweetness, but no sourness, and the bitterness comes later. A strange sensation that quickly disappears from the mouth. It is refreshing and has an overwhelming carbonation that I have never felt before.
Aroma is nice, full and fruity. The fizz is not strong. It has a strong sweetness and spiciness, with a freshness. If you drink it as it is, it is not to your taste, but as a food sake, it has a high degree of perfection.
I have been looking forward to this drink very much since last year!
The aroma is fruity and sweet. There is a light effervescence and a very good balance between sweetness and bitterness, although they are strong. The acidity is moderate and there is no pungent aftertaste. I think it is quite similar to Huang Shui Xian. The level is very high, but if the bitterness were a little weaker, it would be my personal don't-miss taste.
The aroma is sweet, muscat-like. Slightly carbonated at first, with a pleasant combination of sourness, bitterness, and sweetness, each strong in its own way. The low alcohol content and slight bitterness makes the drink more enjoyable. It seems to go well with cream cheese.
The aroma is subdued. Mellow, gentle sweetness and a strong umami flavor. It has a strange sense of modernity and a classic sense of rice, perhaps because it is not polished. As the name suggests, it tastes natural. It is low in alcohol and easy to drink, but has a strong flavor. It is not spicy.
Opened one I bought 6 months ago! The bottle is luxurious and super cool 😎.
The smell is subdued. Slightly grape-like aroma. Slightly effervescent, with a slight sweetness, strong acidity, and a bitter aftertaste. The acidity is quite strong in the Niimasa series. It is easy to drink and has no pungency, so it is a versatile sake that can be drunk as it is or paired with other sake.
The nose smells of sweet, white grapes from a noble wine. Slightly effervescent. Very sweet, but with sourness, bitterness and some pungency in the second half. Dessert sake!
Easy to understand and delicious.
Sour fresh grape aroma. Strongly effervescent and sweet, but the acidity and bitterness are stronger than the sweetness. Easy to drink and modern from the fizz and taste. No pungency of alcohol is felt. Tastes like Senkou or Sanchou lineage. Good cosmetics.
I tasted this sake when I attended an aging seminar at Imanaya.
-The sake, stored at 5 degrees Celsius, was 22 years old, but still had a freshness to it, and yet it was a delicious sake with a strong accumulation of flavor!
Fresh fruit aroma. Mild mouthfeel with acidity and slightly strong bitterness. The sweetness is moderate. It is not very modern but has a delicious flavor and is surprisingly easy to drink. It seems to go well with grilled fish.
