I had always wanted to drink it, but was hesitant because it was mainly in one bottle, but being Sake Mirai, I bought it! The aroma is subdued, but there is a clean sweet alcohol smell. It is a draft sake, but there is almost no carbonation. The sweetness comes first, but it is clear, mellow, and easy to drink without any cloying taste. A moderate bitterness comes after drinking. It is delicious.
