Kamisumi: Shrewd and easy to drink. Spicy, but more importantly, the freshness is awesome. Mixed: the flavor becomes quite intense. Maybe it loses the meaning of nigori, but personally, I might prefer it as it is in Kamisumi... But it's the most enjoyable taste change and the strongest cosmetics.

The taste of sake as you imagine it. It has a clear but deep taste, and people who like it will like it a lot. I like a clear taste, but it doesn't suit me well.
