A gift from a business client... This is a brand that is completely new to me and seems to be quite expensive. I've never seen this brand before.... I'm not sure what to say... I drank it with trepidation. It certainly has the fruity taste of a glass of wine and the umami of a daiginjo. The acidity lingers in the aftertaste, so I can't say it has a good sharpness... The sake I have had so far is much more to my liking and much better than most of the other sake I have had. Sake that amateurs tell me is 10,000 yen for me. But I pull it off... (I'm usually more reasonable.) But I think that's about right for me. Isehikari is said to be rice produced for dedication to the gods of the Ise Shrine in Mie Prefecture. Koji rice 35%, Kake rice 18%... What kind of thing? If you polish it that much, there's almost nothing left, right? Oh, I don't know how to thank you 🙄. The 🌟 is... I guess 3.5. I wasn't that impressed. Sorry 🙇‍♀️

Today was a music recital for my lessons, so here 💁 I'll take 💁. Full of freshness, almost no brewed alcohol, refreshing and delicious 😋. Low alcohol is also my favorite👍 I enjoyed today's quartet 🤗.

Riccio Riccio means hedgehog in Italian, and in Europe there is a saying that hedgehogs are lucky animals that bring good luck on their backs, and it is said that the house they live in will be lucky 🤔. R5BY Narukami Yamato word meaning thunder or lightning god. Last night's blackout was scary😱. Fairly dry ‼️ Not too sweet, slightly carbonated, not too sharp, but the umami flavor comes up softly afterwards👍. I made an unusual choice, it's a Niigata sake and as a pairing, I wonder if it would go well with something from the sea 🤔.

Inoue Sake Brewery in Hita City, Oita Prefecture. It is a rare sake brewery that has been passed down by three generations of women. Therefore, this bottle was brewed with great care in a very small production of only 200 kilograms. It has a strong acidity but also a depth of umami flavor and a richness that I have never tasted before... It is an interesting sake 🤔. I had it on the rocks and it is very fresh.

I went to Nagano City yesterday and bought some. It is a collaboration product between Masumi and a supermarket called Tsuruya and is a limited edition regional sake🍶. It has a very refreshing taste and at 13 degrees, it's light ‼️ If you drink the regular one, you may find it a little lacking😅. The 7gou yeast is starting to look hazy 🙄.

First time here, Mr. Morishima 🍶. The one who has been wondering about it for a long time, but regretted buying a bottle and kept it in the fridge until today 🧕. Citrus sweetness comes in softly, but it is very refreshing👍. Aromatic but with a touch of minerality, so it's very crisp and clean 🍶. It tastes clean and refreshing 🍶. My first time birthing 🍶. Surprised by the "pop 🎉" sound as I opened the bottle: ‼️ It's like a perfect Champagne 🥂, a refreshing micro bubbly 👍. It's more effervescent than microbubbly 🙄. Alcohol content 13 degrees Celsius. I can't help but drink too much of this 😅.

Too good to be true‼️ I'm hooked and can't get out of it😅 The piquant gasiness and the grapefruit bitterness in the aftertaste, I can't say enough about the cloudiness and the bitterness of grapefruit in the aftertaste, please marry me❤️ I want to say "please marry me" 🍶. The illustration on the bottle is also very nice 💓 I gave it to a friend as a gift at the end of the year and now I understand why she said it was so good it turned her upside down 🤗. BEST 1👍 of the year!

Autumn wine that was sitting in the fridge 🍶. Miyagi Miyamanishiki 55% polished rice. Low storage. Very mellow and crisp, good to wake you up ~ ❤️ This sake has a feminine and gentle atmosphere without being harsh at all. Best warmed up 👍.

I don't know how to read it😅 Red Nuncha .... The taste is gorgeous with a very gorgeous flavor and a slight lactic acidity on the back of the palate, which quickly became volatile 🙄. Is it just me, or does it seem extremely luxurious? The rice polishing ratio of 40% is too polished. ‼️ Of course it's delicious though👍

Slightly cloudy and gassy👍 Overly balanced rice flavor and melon-scented acidity, not to mention delicious ‼️ The fruit bitterness lingers in the aftertaste, so it's refreshing and very satisfying 🍶. I'm afraid I'm not sure how to describe it: 🙇‍♀️ I'm only 5 days into this year and it's one of the best of 2024 😁.
