Cherry blossom viewing at a nearby park today🌸 Ona opening ceremony 🩷. This is super delicious 😋! It's not too sweet, it's cloudy and the aftertaste is clean and crisp! Last week, my husband got some corona bacteria🦠 as a souvenir on his return to the US. My husband was tired and slept for 3 days, I had a slight fever of up to 37.5 degrees Celsius when I came down with it, and I was able to live an almost normal life, and although I ate less food and gasoline (🍶), it was surprisingly uneventful. I was only mildly ill because I drink sake 🍶 every day 😁. There is a reason for this, I remember a paper article from Nagasaki University in 2021👍 It seems that 5-aminolevulinic acid in sake has a very strong inhibitory effect on the new corona virus. I've never heard of a sake brewery being shut down due to corona... It's the strongest acid in the world... ‼️ I said, "I'm so sorry 🙇‍♀️" 🤣

I opened the bottle 5 days ago - I think. It was solidly dry ‼️ and I found it a bit bitter, so while laying it down. I tried it again, buoyed by the information that it is good with spring wild vegetables👍. I see what you mean, it goes very well 🤗. The bitterness of the wild vegetables conversely makes the sake more mellow 🩷.

Kawasemi Sakura Label🌸 I bought a packet and it's the best 👍. Fluffy groupfrätz-like flavor and acidity, with a bitter aftertaste and a sharpness. I should have bought more of this ‼️ I went with a modest #4 bottle though 😅 I also really liked this picture of a kingfisher!

Nice to meet you Nature Township🍶. I heard it is brewed with Nama Moto yeast and unfiltered and unpasteurized 🤔. It tastes like a blur when you put it in your mouth... No, it seems soft, but as it goes to the back of the mouth, umami, acidity, and sharpness rush in, and yes, it's GOOD👍. I'm not sure if it's my health condition or not. Is it my physical condition? I'm not sure, but I thought it would have a stronger umami flavor closer to junmai. I guess it's good as a food sake 😅. That's my personal subjective opinion. I'll try it tomorrow.

Tosa Reisu🌸 I bought this Bunkajin🍶 because of the name. I'm glad it has a slight effervescence 👍Lately, this kind of refreshing sake is very easy to drink 🤗. The sweetness is moderate and perfect for a mealtime drink. It's like a modest but reliable husband 🙄🙄. I've never been to Kochi Prefecture, but my parents traveled there a long time ago and were told many times that they were very impressed with the delicious bonito tataki ‼️💦. I'd like to visit Kochi at least once 🙌 I think I'll settle for some bonito tataki from the freezer for now 😆.

Nice to meet you sake🍶. The aroma is curious 😐 with a little peculiar aroma. The taste is fruity but not refreshing and the umami of rice comes. The aftertaste leaves a sourness and an amino-type bitterness in the throat that is not alcoholic. I'm not sure if I'm saying it myself😅. Bottom line, I'd like to drink it after a couple of days because it feels too ready. If it were 100% sake of my choice... I would give it a 65 🙄. This is my personal subjective opinion.

I had already opened the bottle 4 days ago, but today I made a note 📝. A gassy, lightly cloudy, mouthwatering spring sake🌸. Very easy to drink and not too sweet. Tonight, with pickled rape blossoms and bamboo shoots👍 Bamboo shoots with sprouts, a staple in my parents' house. I wish I could eat it, but I can't make it. It is nostalgic spring only🌸

Nice to meet you "Shizenkogo Rice used is "Yumeko The product information says, "Floral aroma like jasmine, chamomile, and gardenia. The taste is feminine and sensual..." I chose it because of this 🤔. It is indeed not fruity but floral, and the acidity is nice and comes on top of it, so there is no bitterness or bitterness 👍. I couldn't drink the one that says "sake" on the bottle at 50% ratio, but this one is good 👍!

Hina Matsuri 🎎. I went to listen to the orchestra and listened to Hinamatsuri during the daytime today, and at night I was tired, but I knew it was Peach Festival, so I made up an excuse to drink 🙄. Nice to meet you sake 🍶! It's a cloudy sake with a strong gaseous taste, a perfect ginjo aroma and acidity👍. I went to buy sashimi, but all I could find were Hinamatsuri party sets, and nothing I wanted... I guess I'll be healed with giant nameko mushroom soup and salted fish today!

Spring version🌸 Kao Harushiki is a low-alcohol sake with strong acidity and sweetness, and a beautiful pink color. Hard to see the flavor of the rice, a bit disappointing but a good aperitif 🦆👌👌. I would prefer a little more punch 🙄🙄. 122% liked by women 🩷.

The Yuge district is located just south of the Hino River, which flows from the Suzuka Mountains and meanders widely. It has a firm structure, probably due to mineral nuances such as gravel from the river. It is hard and has a strong minerality. ‼️ The aroma is weak, but there is no sweetness and the flavor is strong. Dry taste 🌟 is 4.5🍶.

Cloudy white, slightly carbonated, adult Calpis, right 🍶. A sip on an empty stomach is a knockout in the lower belly area. It works 😅. Eiko Fuji, it's been a while since I've had it, but I think it could be a bit more sharp 🤔. But when it comes to unfiltered raw orikagami, I welcome this level of richness💓💓💓 He's the one that gets out of control in the fridge if you don't vent it every day 🙄.
