The taste is gorgeous with a very gorgeous flavor and a slight lactic acidity on the back of the palate, which quickly became volatile 🙄.
Is it just me, or does it seem extremely luxurious?
The rice polishing ratio of 40% is too polished. ‼️
Of course it's delicious though👍
