The first bottle of this year's commemorative bottle is Kaze no Mori🍶. We were nervous to open the bottle as it was the first time we had ever seen this sake ⛩. It has a refreshing sweetness and a nice sharpness that makes it a good sake for a meal! We don't eat osechi, so tonight we're having kasu-jiru (sake lees soup) with lots of ingredients, homemade pickles, and Kentucky chicken 🤗.

The bottle is half cloudy and has a strong gaseous feel. It is easy to drink, not too sweet and sharp. I personally think it's one of the best 3 cloudy sake I've had👍. You can drink it in small sips alone 🍶. My family is now on New Year's vacation, so let's spend it relaxing 🤗. Be careful not to drink too much ⚠️ and save it 🙄🙄.

As soon as you put it in your mouth, it's too sharp and it disappears in a flash. I've never experienced this taste before 🙌 It's dry but also has a great umami flavor, so it's perfect for a mid-meal drink 🍶. This kind of crisp sake would go well with Chinese food as well as seafood👍. I heard that the whole bottle is fire-aged, but I want to taste it again after 3 days. I wonder if it will change 🤔

Low 🍶 with an alcohol content of 14.5 Slightly effervescent, lychee? Muscat? The sweetness and acidity is indescribably delicious 🤗. I think this sake goes better with Christmas menu than pickles. Carpaccio, ajillo, etc. .... I don't eat Christmas🎄menu 😅 Only sake 🍶 is parley 🎉 all year round though 🙄.

Today is my birthday, so I opened a bottle of something to celebrate 🎁. The chosen 🍶 is this one👍. Interesting taste 🤔 As soon as you put it in your mouth, you get a slight carbonation on your tongue, which turns into a lactic acid drink flavor and a melon-like sweetness by the time you swallow. Thank goodness for good sake🤗

It's been sleeping in the fridge for 3 months and I'm waking it up 🙄. I bought a bottle because the last hiyaoroshi I drank was so good👍. The umami flavor comes in the mouth, followed by a clean aftertaste, with almost no acidity. The fact that it's a bit different from the fruity taste is what I like about Masumi 🍶. It is also delicious warmed 😋. It tastes a little like rice bran, so it goes well with pickles 🤭.

Mildly gassy and cleaner flavor than the white label Junmai sake we had last time 🍶. You can see very fine bubbles at the bottom of the cup 🫧. Sweetness with a nice sharpness that you will never get tired of 🤗. I thought it would be more umami, but I think I prefer junmai sake 🙄. I think I prefer Junmai sake 🙄 stars🌟🌟🌟🌟 or ❤️

-Aged for 6 months at 5 degrees Celsius🍶 Sake. It has a strong umami flavor and a refreshing acidity, but also leaves a slight alcohol bitterness in the aftertaste. Delicious on the rocks 😋. 17 degrees alcohol after a long time, it's quite intoxicating😅.

When I opened the bottle, I was slightly nervous that it was going to blow out with gas 🙄 but when I drank it, it was so good. But when I drank it, it tasted so good ‼️ It's a very simple sparkling sake, with no clingy sweetness or quirks 🍶. I'm already in the mood to be a perky person 🤩.

Tastes more like dry 👅. When heated, the bitterness and sourness disappear and the umami increases👍 I'm a drunkard who applauds this 👏 and this 🥸. It goes well with Nara pickles and cheese pound cake. The Nara pickles tasted like marron glacé at the earliest stage. I'd like to try the empty bottle of poco a poco that was on display at the store.
