Red Takeshi Summer Version 🎐. It has a strong 💓 and sour taste with a bitter grapefruit aftertaste that you will never get tired of 🫰. It is very easy to drink and you can easily finish a bottle 🙄. 13 degrees is acceptable ⁉️ I knew I was drinking too much 😁.

Sake from Fukushima, opened after a long time 🍶. The first sip brings a crisp acidity and umami. Finishes with a bitter greffle aftertaste👍. I've been busy for the last month, but I can do my best for this time💓.

Limited edition unadjusted summer raw sake ☀️ What a great name💓 It has overturned the concept of Niigata sake I know so far 😆. It has a nice aroma and a pineapple🍍 type sourness that makes you go 🫰. I think people who don't like dry sake will definitely like it 😊. Sure it's a bit strong but I like it on the rocks in the summer👍 It's great for hot summers 😋Don't drink too much 🈲.

My first sake 🍶. Very soft and gentle, but the umami is deep. ‼️ I can feel the slight carbonation. Delicious 😋.

It was hot today, so I decided to make it dry 🍶. It's more acidic with a bitter citrus flavor, and dry. It's a refreshing type 🫢. I like raw sake, but it tastes a bit thin to me... 😅. I'm afraid I'll get angry if I say that😅. Since it's a Hiroshima sake, I'd like to try it with oyster grated ponzu 👍

The first day after opening the bottle, it was a smooth and easy to drink summer sake with a sour taste. Day 2 Not much difference, but the taste seems to be a little darker 🙄. Day 4 I'm noticing a bitter taste lingering after the acidity... Let's finish this sake in 2 days! I thought 😆. The inside of the label is cute with goldfish 🩷.

I was adventurous and purchased this sake🍶. They say it's only available at this time of year, so the timing was good👍. It's so refreshing that you can drink it like water, without any peculiarities, without feeling guilty about drinking alcohol at all, and with a lot of natural feeling that is good for your body 🍶. It's very easy to drink, not too thick or not enough, delicious 😋.

Summer Ginjo 🍶 that I got last year too... It wasn't ‼️ It was Junmai Ginjo... I'm not sure if that's true or not 😖... It has a refreshing yet pineapple-like acidity, and is understatedly elegant. I bought it thinking it was a junmai ginjo, but personally I think it's just plain delicious😅. I'll have it while feeling a little underwhelmed 🙄.

It's on days like that that I go for luxurious sake🍶‼️ A stout and sturdy sake with a nice umami taste and a calm taste with no alcohol 👍. Dry but mildly enjoyable 🩷🩷🩷🩷.

This is really amazing tastes like Orange. ‼️ I've actually already finished it, but it's a light 14% sake 🍶 that goes well with aperitifs or appetizers 🫒, but it's not light in taste. But the taste is not light, it has an elegant aroma and flavor👍. So unexpected and strong that I wanted to share it with my friends 😁. PS: I had it with Ajino Namenroi (horse mackerel) and it went great with it 🩷.

It's been a while since I've had a sake that hits me like a ton of bricks. It has a nice aroma, full of the feeling of a traditional sake with a matured taste 🍶‼️ It's definitely better at higher temperatures👍 But it wasn't my mood today 😄.

It was hot again today... So, I'm going to the Wind Forest🌳 for refreshment. Aizan with Yamadanishiki and Omachi as grandparents: ❤️ Lovely👍. It is indeed refreshing like a Ramune, which you would never guess with the 80% rice polishing ratio. It has a slight effervescence and is very easy to drink 😁. I gave it as a gift to a friend and she was super happy with it 👌 There is no bitterness or alcohol taste at all, it's like a merry-go-round 🎠 that you can drink and not get drunk 🙄.

Nice to meet you 🍶. Very good ginjo aroma, fruity sweetness and flavor like pineapple🍍. The acidity is moderate, but it is a very beautiful sake 🍶. Not at all cozy and gentle 🤗. To be honest, I was expecting it to be more unique and punchy 😁.

Activated nigori raw sake Took me about 30 minutes to open the bottle because I turned it upside down once😅. Very good nigori-nagori sake 🍶. It's not as sweet as I thought it would be, but has a sourness that goes well with strong flavored food. I'm having sardines with sake today.

Nice to meet you 🩷Tosa Shiragiku🍶! It's a clear, fruity sake with a slight carbonation, or maybe just a little bit, with fine bubbles that stick to the bottom of the glass! Very mild and delicious. Sake from Shikoku is a bit hard to get to grips with, but I think I'm in the right place personally 😁. I need to do more research 🧪.

I was excited to open the bottle: .... But then it spurted out💦. Panic 😁 as it spurted out of the bottle while saying 🙂. The ceiling and floor were soaked with nearly two bottles😅😅 I was laughing so hard while muttering "tell me already" 🤣. Finally, I tasted it and grinned 😁. A slightly carbonated adult soda 🥤. Yum 🤗 I'm a little tired but I'll be healed👍
