I came to Chiba Prefecture. I have been looking forward to drinking local sake. Well, tonight is Koshi Hanayaka Takumi-no-Kou It is said to be selected as one of the top 16 Kura Master brands. It is gassy and fruity. I bought it at room temperature and couldn't resist drinking it until it cooled down😅 so tomorrow I will try it chilled. I'm not sure about master, but it's delicious 😋.

I was thinking that it would be difficult to obtain a famous sake, but then I found it at a supermarket (Ozeki)! I chilled it well and opened the bottle, looking forward to it. I heard a nice popping sound, and took a sip. Oui, oui, oui! This is sooooo good! It has a ripe muscat flavor and a lingering aftertaste that I like! Sakewa, you know what I like 😁.

Mr. Amabuki came all the way from Saga Prefecture to sell a bottle at a local liquor store, so I bought one for this encounter. I was allowed to drink several kinds of sake, and this one suited my palate the best, so I bought it... But when I opened the bottle, I was surprised to find it was not like this! Is it like this? Some of it had been open for a few days since I bought it, but... hmmm... I drank it while talking with Mr. Amabuki, and it was soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good...? I'll take my revenge at the next meeting!

Again, I believe in your evaluation and purchased this product. It was my first Koei Kiku. Although it is a draft sake, it has a low alcohol content of 13%, which gave me a sense of anticipation. When I opened the bottle, I found it to be fragrant, sweet, and full of flavor, and the low alcohol content made it go down a storm! This is delicious. It's also good the next day! I am a fan!

The weather is getting warmer! Summer sake with many blue bottles is nice, but this time I was attracted to the orange labels! Psshhhh...open the bottle. It was softly sweet and faintly fragrant. The label on the back said "dahlia," and it is indeed 👍yellow in color, and may resemble a medium sized flower. It was delicious!

I received this in celebration. Kaze no Mori✖️ Shinsei, what a luxury! I thought so and bought it to celebrate. When it came time to open the bottle. As you can see from the beautiful bubbles, it's a sip! Try a sip and kooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! It's so good! I imagine it has a sweetness and aroma like white peaches. Kooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo luxurious. It's as elegant as possible. This~~~ you have made an amazing product.

Here we are again this year! It's the Bear in the Forest🐻! Gooooooo! When I first came across it, I thought it was an interesting label! I thought it was a little too good to be true, but then I bought it out of curiosity and thought, "It's from the Fujiya brewery, so I can't go wrong! Every year around this time, I feel like drinking it 😋😋😋. This year, too, it really has a punchy taste and is very drinkable! It has a good aroma and a good balance of sourness and sweetness. I am one of those who are looking forward to the restoration of Kumamoto Castle, which seems to be a symbol of the recovery from the earthquake. Kumamoto Castle is in our hearts, and I hope that those who are involved in the restoration will proceed steadily and without difficulty.

The second half of Golden Week has started! I'm finally going to open the "Jikin" that's been sitting in the fridge! It is colorless, the aroma is moderately fragrant, and the acidity is gentle and fruity. The aftertaste is fresh and sweet, like fruit 🍈. I had sashimi to go with it, but this one can be enjoyed with just sake. It's really delicious...thanks to its creator 😭.
