On the day of celebration, I want to drink Shinsei! It's been a while since I've had a Colors series🟢. Today we had viridian. This is delicious 😋 the moment I sipped it. The balance of sweetness like ripe kiwi fruit🥝 and a little residual acidity is very delicious. The aroma is so beautiful before drinking and when you put it in your mouth, you can tell it's uncluttered. I looked at the back of the label again and saw that it's a 14% alcohol sake. I am surprised. It is the perfect sake for a celebration 🍶. My body is happy.

Just in time for the Dolls' Festival 🎎. I let it sit in the fridge and finally drink it. I had it cold. Unmai! Yummmai!!! Sweet, strawberry🍓 like aroma, and refreshing, it is that kind of sake that makes you quickly bring a glass to your mouth again. No matter how much of it there is, it's never enough to drink right away, is it? This is what I'm talking about. I am grateful to have encountered this sake. It's the kind of sake that makes you think so, one pint, one drink at a time.

Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! Banana yeast, seriously? I thought as I opened the bottle. No way, no way... ......... No way! The aroma, the sweetness, the banana aftertaste that lingers on the bottom of the mouth, it is indeed banana! LOL! It goes well with sake! You would think so, but it does! Indeed, the taste is sweet like when you eat banana🍌, and I know some people don't like it, but I think this is what it is! I bought it just for the fun of it, but as expected from Amabuki! I recommend it!

The season is getting warmer and warmer as we head into spring, but it's the debut of heating sake! The 80+ year old owner of the liquor store recommended a bottle of "This is delicious! It's delicious! It's so tasty and flavorful! It's addictive! The sweetness, lingering aftertaste, and sharpness are good, and there is no unpleasant sensation when it is heated. No wonder my uncle, who drinks heated sake all year round, recommends it! Please try it!

It's a label buy! LOL! It had a nice aroma, just the right amount of acidity, and was easy to drink. A few days after opening the bottle, it was mellower and I personally prefer it to just after opening the bottle! I would buy it again if I come across it again!

Long time no see drinking club I had a craving for yakitori, so I went to Nakaya. We started with beer and went to Kaze no Mori for the second round. Good aroma, good taste, good aftertaste. Well-balanced, this is delicious!

As a Tokyo resident, I want to drink it at least once. Finally, I bought a bottle at a nearby liquor store. Then, I opened the bottle! The first sip was delicious! I was impressed that such a delicious sake could be found in Higashimurayama City, Tokyo! The aroma, the junmai taste, and the moderate gassiness were all very nice! We enjoyed the next sakes as well! Tokyo is doing it again!

Discovering the good work! So the day finally came when I could enjoy it at home with a sip. I opened the bottle and took a sip...sweet ！！！！ I didn't know it was this sweet! It was so sweet that I thought, "Oh, it's not my favorite? I was surprised to find that I could drink it again the next day, but the taste changed and it went on and on! The taste changes depending on the accompaniments, and the taste changes little by little day by day. It was a great job! I want to become a good kudoki-tei too.

I've been sitting in the fridge wondering when to drink it and when to drink it again. For me, it is a "celebratory drink! The No. 1 sake I want to drink on New Year's Day, 2024! I paired it with sashimi. Gorgeous, refreshing, well-balanced acidity and sweetness, and soooooooooooooo good! It is so good that you forget you are eating sashimi! I am really grateful to the producer and the liquor store that sells this at cost! This is a bottle that makes me think that in 2024, we should not forget to be thankful!

A bottle I drank at home at the end of the year. I was a little scared to open the bottle because I saw on the label on the back that it was a pure sake with an alcohol content of 18.5 degrees and that "we want to make the strongest sake we can". Wait a minute! It's not harsh at all! It has a gorgeous taste and aroma, and it doesn't feel heavy or harsh. It goes well with a variety of dishes! Great, Oku! It was a great bottle, full of the creator's attention to detail!

Happy New Year! To start off the year 2024, I will drink ayu (sweetfish) Masamune, which was given to me by an acquaintance, cold. I served it cold with herring roe, black soybeans, kamaboko (fish cake), kombu maki (kelp roll), etc. It goes so well together! It has a strong flavor and is soft and easy to drink! It is a good sake for a meal! I finished the entire bottle by myself! It's going to be a good year!

Attracted by the label. I had it cold with hand-rolled sushi. I personally like it better after a few days than when the bottle is opened. The malic acidity is rounded and easy to drink. Like the label on the back, it is light, smooth, and easy to guzzle. Even the day after drinking quite a bit, there is no body residue. In my opinion, I would like more punch. LOL!

Grilled meat and potatoes and hokke (hokke), Sake is served cold. The first sip is refreshing! Sourness and sweetness are well balanced. The aroma is moderate and nicely balanced. For me, it was like going right to the middle of the road. （I prefer a little bit of a peculiar taste, so it was a little short. I also drank it a little warmer on another day, but I don't think it made much of an impression on me. It wasn't what I was feeling or what I wanted at the time. It wasn't quite the drink I wanted, but it was refined and very tasty.

I went to Kumamoto Prefecture. Since I had come all this way, I selected Nanaho Snake from among the sake on display at the store. It was left at room temperature at the store, so I put it in the freezer to drink as soon as possible! Once the sake was cooled down to a crisp, we opened the bottle. I filled a glass and moved it to the refrigerator. The sake was served with Jidori chicken tataki, horse mackerel sashimi, and cod roe. The first sip was very tasty, with a clear, crisp taste, a nice smooth taste, and just the right amount of acidity. The second glass, very cold, is also delicious! I think this sake tastes better when it is very cold. After that, the four-pack was quickly emptied with Kyushu's snacks and delicious sake. As one would expect from Kumamoto, where the water is clean! It is famous for its shochu (Japanese liquor), but it is no match for Kumamoto! I will buy it again when I have a chance!
