I came to Hakone 2
The second bottle was Shiro Sasadzumi!
It had a strong flavor and was good as a second bottle! It was not too heavy, did not disturb the meal, and went very well with it! Thank you very much for the meal!
I came to Hakone.
I bought a small bottle to drink a little bit!
It is a ginjo, raw sake, so it had a strong flavor and a nice aroma. I enjoyed the first bottle! Thank you very much for the treat!
Here we are again this year!
It's the Bear in the Forest🐻! Gooooooo!
When I first came across it, I thought it was an interesting label! I thought it was a little too good to be true, but then I bought it out of curiosity and thought, "It's from the Fujiya brewery, so I can't go wrong!
Every year around this time, I feel like drinking it 😋😋😋.
This year, too, it really has a punchy taste and is very drinkable! It has a good aroma and a good balance of sourness and sweetness.
I am one of those who are looking forward to the restoration of Kumamoto Castle, which seems to be a symbol of the recovery from the earthquake. Kumamoto Castle is in our hearts, and I hope that those who are involved in the restoration will proceed steadily and without difficulty.
Good morning, Sasuyuu 😃.
I've seen it here at Sake no Wa but I've never had it 🥲I've been wanting to drink it every year since I met you 😋I'm curious about this one 🤗.
Thinking of Kumamoto too 😌I'll pick it up when I see it👍
Jay & Nobby, thanks for your help this week! It's simply delicious, but the naming 🐻 also attracts me! We are currently commemorating Noto's earthquake recovery, and if we can support them by drinking good sake, we'll gladly do it 😃.
The second half of Golden Week has started!
I'm finally going to open the "Jikin" that's been sitting in the fridge!
It is colorless, the aroma is moderately fragrant, and the acidity is gentle and fruity. The aftertaste is fresh and sweet, like fruit 🍈.
I had sashimi to go with it, but this one can be enjoyed with just sake. It's really delicious...thanks to its creator 😭.
Hi there, Sasuyuu 😃.
Start the second half of the GW with a metaphysical ‼️ This is already a lap ahead if you are in a track race 🏃🤗.
God of balance! It's delicious on its own 🥹.
Jay & Nobby
Good evening, I'm blasting through the second half of Golden Week on my own, around ☺️, and I feel like I'm lapsing! I'm feeling like I'm running behind the times around 😆 lol Jay & Nobby, did you have a good time with your drinks?
I wanted to drink a good sake, and I couldn't resist Sharaku...
It has a nice aroma, a smooth taste, and not too much acidity. It is a very well-balanced sake. It is a sake that will never betray you no matter when you drink it!
Thank you again today 😊.
It was given to me by an acquaintance in Niigata.
It is a very tasty sake with a very Japanese flavor.
I think it is good as a food sake!
Thank you very much for the treat 😋.
I am a month late in posting this.
It is a new year.
I too have taken a new step forward.
It was tasty, drinkable, and delicious. ☺️ Thanks for the food.
On the day of celebration,
I want to drink Shinsei!
It's been a while since I've had a Colors series🟢.
Today we had viridian.
This is delicious 😋 the moment I sipped it.
The balance of sweetness like ripe kiwi fruit🥝 and a little residual acidity is very delicious. The aroma is so beautiful before drinking and when you put it in your mouth, you can tell it's uncluttered.
I looked at the back of the label again and saw that it's a 14% alcohol sake. I am surprised.
It is the perfect sake for a celebration 🍶.
My body is happy.
Good morning to you, Sasuyu 😃.
I don't know what you are celebrating 😅 but whatever it is, congratulations 🎉.
It's great to celebrate with a new government that makes your body happy 🤗.
Jay & Nobby I'm glad to hear from you ☺️ I've been horribly busy the past two months and finally opened Sake no Wa. 💦 sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Jay & Nobby, what brand would you like to drink on your celebration ☺️?
What a great toast🍻 to local sake! I can see that you care about your hometown ☺️ and also because of the delicious sake ⭐️ On the other hand, I would be offended if I brought something from outside the prefecture during the celebration! LOL!
Just in time for the Dolls' Festival 🎎.
I let it sit in the fridge and finally drink it.
I had it cold.
Unmai! Yummmai!!!
Sweet, strawberry🍓 like aroma, and refreshing, it is that kind of sake that makes you quickly bring a glass to your mouth again.
No matter how much of it there is, it's never enough to drink right away, is it?
This is what I'm talking about.
I am grateful to have encountered this sake.
It's the kind of sake that makes you think so, one pint, one drink at a time.
Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!
Banana yeast, seriously? I thought as I opened the bottle. No way, no way... .........
No way!
The aroma, the sweetness, the banana aftertaste that lingers on the bottom of the mouth, it is indeed banana! LOL!
It goes well with sake! You would think so, but it does!
Indeed, the taste is sweet like when you eat banana🍌, and I know some people don't like it, but I think this is what it is!
I bought it just for the fun of it, but as expected from Amabuki!
I recommend it!
The season is getting warmer and warmer as we head into spring, but it's the debut of heating sake!
The 80+ year old owner of the liquor store recommended a bottle of "This is delicious! It's delicious! It's so tasty and flavorful!
It's addictive!
The sweetness, lingering aftertaste, and sharpness are good, and there is no unpleasant sensation when it is heated. No wonder my uncle, who drinks heated sake all year round, recommends it!
Please try it!
It's a label buy! LOL!
It had a nice aroma, just the right amount of acidity, and was easy to drink. A few days after opening the bottle, it was mellower and I personally prefer it to just after opening the bottle!
I would buy it again if I come across it again!
Long time no see drinking club
I had a craving for yakitori, so I went to Nakaya.
We started with beer and went to Kaze no Mori for the second round.
Good aroma, good taste, good aftertaste.
Well-balanced, this is delicious!
It is a gift for me.
It is easy to drink and gobble it up!
I think I can tell that this sake has won the highest gold medal many times.
Thank you very much!
One month has passed since the earthquake.
I am spending a hectic time in Tokyo, not much different from usual.
To be honest, the only time I remember the Noto Peninsula in a day is when I hear the news in the morning and when I have a drink with my supper.
But I must try not to forget.
We must not forget.
Thoughts connect and thoughts reach.
Together.
As a Tokyo resident,
I want to drink it at least once.
Finally, I bought a bottle at a nearby liquor store. Then, I opened the bottle!
The first sip was delicious! I was impressed that such a delicious sake could be found in Higashimurayama City, Tokyo! The aroma, the junmai taste, and the moderate gassiness were all very nice!
We enjoyed the next sakes as well!
Tokyo is doing it again!
Discovering the good work!
So the day finally came when I could enjoy it at home with a sip.
I opened the bottle and took a sip...sweet !!!!
I didn't know it was this sweet! It was so sweet that I thought, "Oh, it's not my favorite? I was surprised to find that I could drink it again the next day, but the taste changed and it went on and on!
The taste changes depending on the accompaniments, and the taste changes little by little day by day.
It was a great job!
I want to become a good kudoki-tei too.
On New Year's Day, we opened a cask of sake that we received.
It was a sake with a pleasant barrel aroma and a New Year's feeling.
Thank you for the sake!
Here is another sake we received.
It is a honjozo sake, but it is very easy to drink.
I enjoyed it very much.
We paired it with fish on the day of the event, and it was delicious and full of flavor!
