Immediately after opening the bottle, there was a slight fizziness and not much sweetness, but after a few days, the fizziness was gone and the sweet and sourness came out. The lightness of the sake, which keeps the weight down, makes it easy to drink like a summer sake. It was delicious.

The +20 super-hot sake from the same brewery was so good that I decided to try the nama-shu as well. As one might expect, it is thick and heavy. It has a heavy umami flavor, but the sweet and sour taste suppresses it beautifully, giving it a good balance. I have never heard of this brewery, but they seem to have many delicious sake that I like. I would like to try their other lineup, but unfortunately there are few liquor stores in Yamanashi that carry it.

+It's +20, so it's definitely spicy, but it's overwhelmed by a heavy dose of flavor and bitterness. There is no sweetness, so it goes perfectly with a meal. I wanted to warm it up a bit, but since it was this hot, I drank it cold.

The strong effervescence is refreshing and great on a hot summer day. The moderate dryness makes it a great food sake, and it refreshes oily food. I would like to have a bottle of this sake, but I have never seen it sold, so I guess it is not available.

This ginjo-nama sake has a great freshness and sharpness. It is dry, crisp, and has no heaviness, making it a great summer sake. However, there seems to be a limited number of stores selling it even within Yamanashi Prefecture.

I bought it at a nearby supermarket because it was at a two-for-one discount. I think cold sake would be good in this hot season. It's a regular sake, but it has a strong alkoe feeling and not much umami, so it doesn't go down very well. I would like to try heating it up in winter.

Commemorative 200 check-ins. By the way, all of the items were purchased and 90% of them are bottles. 100% home drinking. I don't know if 200 bottles in two and a half years is a lot or a little, but I would like to continue drinking in search of good sake. The 200th bottle I chose was Duan. It is clean, dry, and pleasantly fizzy. When I drank it a few years ago, it was heavy, but this time it has a good balance of sweet and spicy, making it perfect as a food sake. I would like to drink it again and again, as there are many other Hada brands in the lineup.

Thank you, Tsubu-chan. I don't know how much I can drink of the many stars of sake, but I hope to continue to enjoy it. There is only one store in Yamanashi prefecture that sells Hidan, so it may be difficult to get it if you are outside of the prefecture.

Good morning, hatahata 😃. Congratulations on your 200 check-ins ㊗️㊗️🎉 That's a great achievement for a bottle of sake and drinking at home 😮. Yamanashi has not only wine and whiskey but also good sake 😉.

Hissan Thank you very much. Sake in Yamanashi is quite scarce, so it is not enough for sake lovers. There are a few good sake like Tadashi, though.

Jay & Nobby Good evening. And thank you, because the four-pack was gone so fast and not cosy. I didn't count properly, so 90% might have been an exaggeration (laughs).

A low-alcohol junmai sake. It has a characteristic sweet and sour taste, but it is not very assertive, so it is difficult to find a dish to match it with. The sake is not suitable for strong flavors, so in my opinion, it is best with light flavors (although the label says it goes well with strong flavored dishes).

A rich, unadulterated sake. It does not have the freshness of nama-shu, but it is characterized by a rich flavor that can be heavy. However, in this hot season, it is better to drink a crisp sake than a rich one, so it is a sake to be enjoyed in winter and spring.

This is a sake that I have never tasted before. It is not at all sweet, but the umami is very good, and the moderate acidity is pleasant, making it a good accompaniment to meals. I was impressed that such a sake exists.

The clerk told me that the distributors are limited. The price is not bad for a bottle of TANI-ZAKURA at around 2,500 yen per bottle, but for a ginjo-nama sake, it is not very good and has no special characteristics. I felt that the brewery needs to make it more distinctive.

Sweet and sour and juicy fruity! This is delicious! The sweetness is reminiscent of bineapple and muscat. The label says it is a "very limited test brew," but I would enjoy this sake year-round.

This is a delicious, refreshing, sweet and sour sake that is typical of Sawanoi. I don't know about the sake's "nama-hashiroshi" feeling, but the sourness and sweetness reminiscent of apples are very tasty and make me want to drink it every night. I am happy to say that Sawanoi is my favorite sake no matter what I drink.

Excuse my comment. Is this sake available at supermarkets? I have an image that Sawanoi is sold in many supermarkets. I am planning to visit Tokyo next time and would like to buy it if possible.

Thanks for your comment. I bought it at a sake mass merchandiser in Ome City. I think there is a possibility that supermarkets near Ome City in Tokyo may have it, but I think it is better to go to a mass retailer.

It seems to be treated as a regular sake because it is out of standard, but the contents are junmai sake. Many of these sake are excellent cosmetically, but this one is also quite good. The freshness of namaishu is not as strong as it should be, but it is clean, dry, and delicious.

A delicious sake that can be enjoyed at a variety of temperatures. I especially liked it heated, but cold sake is not bad in this hot season. It is light and dry and goes well with food. It is a well-known brand, but when I tried it now, I found it to be very tasty and it made me wish I had bought it earlier.

The aroma is reminiscent of lactic acid beverages and the rich flavor is almost addictive. It can also be served warmed as it has a moderate level of maturity. I thought Ichinokura only made light, dry sake, but I was pleasantly surprised by this. I think I'm going to become a fan.

As the name suggests, it is suitable for warming sake. It has not aged that long, so you can drink it without heating it up. It has a strong flavor and is priced at 2,500 yen per bottle, so it's a good everyday evening sake.

It is surprisingly dry and light. It has a refreshing acidity reminiscent of green apples and a hint of sweetness, and it finishes with a smooth, crisp finish. The sake is not too assertive, so it can be used as a food sake. I had imagined a juicy sake, but it was completely different.
