Mellow, medium-dry. Sleek mouthfeel with a slightly full-bodied aroma. The core is sweet. The lingering slight acidity and bitterness are also pleasant.
At the drinking comparison.
I wasn't sure about the rice polishing ratio or anything, and it seemed a little rough.
I also bought a Junmai Ginjo of Kai's Kaiun, so I will enjoy it later! LOL!
This ginjo-nama sake has a great freshness and sharpness.
It is dry, crisp, and has no heaviness, making it a great summer sake. However, there seems to be a limited number of stores selling it even within Yamanashi Prefecture.
★☆☆☆☆ / Cold sake
The color is slightly yellowish.
It has a noble aroma when it reaches the palate.
When you drink it, it becomes thick and the gentle sweetness from the koji malt spreads slowly.
I went on a trip to Lake Yamanaka and wanted to buy it at a sake brewery near Lake Kawaguchi, but it was sold at a supermarket in Fujiyoshida City, so I bought it and Shichiken, which was sold together. It is 11% alcohol. It is sweet and a little thick. It was delicious. 1682 yen.
Good evening, TAKA2!
I used to get Kai's Kai Kai when I was in Yamanashi, but this picture!
Perhaps this is a view of Mt. Fuji from the side of the Fujimi Bypass in Fujiyoshida?
I lived nearby and I miss it 💦.
Good evening, Jurian.
I bought this sake at a supermarket called Ichiyama Mart in Fujiyoshida City. I took this picture in the parking lot of a Starbucks near there, with Mt. Fuji in the background.
