Purchased while traveling in Hyogo Prefecture. It has a sweet and sour fruity taste reminiscent of lychee with just the right amount of acidity! The light quality of the sake makes it easy to enjoy. And for 3,500 yen for a bottle of junmai daiginjo, it's a very reasonable price, isn't it? I want to drink it again.

This is the first time I've tasted Hououmida alsobe sake. The fruity sweetness typical of Hououmida is still there, but the overall taste is weak. The cosmetics are not bad, but I would pay a little more for Junmai Ginjo Nama.

I found this sake in Saku, Nagano. It was only 200ml, but I bought it immediately because it had the matured color I like. The taste is as you would expect, but the sweetness is a perfect match. I thought this could definitely go well warmed up, and it is still delicious! The flavor and sweetness seemed to increase dramatically by warming it up. The rich flavor was like licking honey.

I bought this sake while in Hyogo at the end of last year. I had never heard of this sake brewery, but it was cheap, so I bought it. It cost about 2,600 yen per bottle. It is quite light, refreshing, sweet and sour, but finishes with a slight bitterness. I think it is less distinctive than other sake from Hyogo.

It has a mild taste with less freshet for a freshly squeezed raw sake. It has a delicious, mildly sweet flavor. After a few days, the sweet and sourness increased. It was my first time to drink luisen, but I would like to try the regular junmai sake next time.

This dry sake is clean and crisp. It has a fresh aroma reminiscent of grapefruit, a crisp and tight taste, and this slight effervescence is very refreshing and delicious. The sake is very cosy and I was able to enjoy a sake that is only available at this time of the year.

I had wanted to try this sake for a long time and finally found it at a liquor store outside of the city. It was as good as I expected and the best sake I have had recently. The exquisite aged taste and dryness make it perfect as a food sake. I rarely repeat a sake I've had once, but this is a very good sake that I would be happy to do so.

The first drink on New Year's Day was a "Hudan" sake! The sake is lighter in quality than I had expected, and it seems to soak into the body easily. The delicate, fruity sweetness and slight effervescence are pleasant, and the sake on its own just keeps going and going. I was drinking it from the first morning of New Year's Day with a New Year's Day meal, but I didn't get too drunk even after drinking 4 gos of sake. Good sake is good, isn't it?

I bought this one year old sake because it was on sale at a discount. It is so mellow that it is hard to believe it is a regular sake, and it has a perfect sense of maturity. I think it is better to drink cheap sake after it is matured. It is not a freshly made sake, so I cannot give an accurate evaluation of the taste, but I enjoyed it very much.

A sake with plenty of umami, as is typical of hiyaoroshi. It is incredibly rich. I tried heating it up and found it to be even more delicious. This is a sake to be enjoyed in the middle of winter.

It is not so much a daiginjo as a ginjo, but it is moderately dry and not bad as a food sake. It is not bad for a sake that can be purchased anywhere in Japan at convenience stores.

The new sake was freshly squeezed last year and aged for one year. The color is slightly golden yellow. Naturally, it lacks the freshness of new sake, but the matured flavor is so pronounced that I thought it might be better this way. I thought it would go well with heated sake, so I warmed it up and it turned out to be right on the money. It's a bit of a nuisance to leave it out for long periods of time, but I guess there are other ways to enjoy it.
