It was a comparison of different yeasts: the No. 7 yeast was shared from Isshaku-Suisei, and the No. 6 yeast was shared from Shinsei. The No. 7 yeast is a bit more sour and the No. 6 is a bit sweeter. Both were easy to drink and delicious.

The moment I put it in my mouth, all I could think was, "YASASASHIY...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I think it is a very easy-drinking and delicious sake. The taste is just gentle, and as the name suggests, it has a silky touch. It is a sake that I would definitely like to encounter again. This is definitely a sake I would like to encounter again.

I had the impression that it had a strong flavor, and I thought it would be more enjoyable as a snack rather than a meal.

Above all, the color still stands out. The pink color is due to the use of red yeast. The lees in the dough give it a very rich texture, but the taste itself is surprisingly refreshing. I think there are different tastes, but I personally like it because of its unique characteristics.
