It was a comparison of different yeasts: the No. 7 yeast was shared from Isshaku-Suisei, and the No. 6 yeast was shared from Shinsei. The No. 7 yeast is a bit more sour and the No. 6 is a bit sweeter. Both were easy to drink and delicious.
