A sake that combines flavor and a refreshing taste. It has a strong presence that can be served with strong-flavored meals without becoming boring as a mealtime sake! This is an unfiltered, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake brewed with Yamada-Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture's special A district, a limited edition that is only released once a year. It was very tasty! The brewery uses three different types of expensive rice each year, Yamada-Nishiki, Omachi, and Senbon-Nishiki, so you can enjoy the different tastes of different rice in this series! kurumick★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★
Soft but rich sweetness spreads softly. It has a gentle sweetness like that of a young peach, and it is not too bitter, so you will not get tired of drinking it. It is a limited edition, available only at 33 of the company's nationwide distributors, and is the highlight of the spring season, with a focus on the three main ingredients. I was convinced that Dewa Sanzai is characterized by its soft and broad flavor! kurumick★★★★★
It's just so delicious and very much to my liking! It has a gentle apple or pear type sweetness that is very soft on the palate! The aroma is very floral, but I'm not sure if it's because all the instruments are like that or because it's Sake Mirai. It's unpasteurized and low in alcohol content, so I didn't get tired of drinking it, and it tasted great after dinner as well. ArnoldThere wasn't much that was particularly memorable, but I guess that's why it's so easy to drink and get used to. LOL! ArnoldIt was a comparison of different yeasts: the No. 7 yeast was shared from Isshaku-Suisei, and the No. 6 yeast was shared from Shinsei.
The No. 7 yeast is a bit more sour and the No. 6 is a bit sweeter. Both were easy to drink and delicious. ArnoldWhen I heard that it was "aged and stored for three years," I thought it might be strong in alcohol, but it was surprisingly very easy to drink, in fact, the first sip was a bit thin. It was delicious. ArnoldIt was very sweet and tasty! The aftertaste was rich. ArnoldSince it is active, it is a sake that is easy to drink and makes you want to drink more and more, just like a carbonated beverage.
It has a sweet taste and is very tasty. ArnoldIt has a strong bitter taste. Personally, I am not a fan of it, but it will be good for those who like sake with a sharp taste. ArnoldIt was delicious and tasty. ArnoldThe impression was that it was surprisingly strong, with a dark, raw sake flavor. ArnoldThe taste was rich and mellow, as one would expect from an orikara. ArnoldIt is a gimmick of not daring to polish it, and I think it is a unique sake with a slightly sour taste. It had a strong impact. ArnoldThe moment I put it in my mouth, all I could think was, "YASASASHIY...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I think it is a very easy-drinking and delicious sake.
The taste is just gentle, and as the name suggests, it has a silky touch. It is a sake that I would definitely like to encounter again.
This is definitely a sake I would like to encounter again. ArnoldI had the impression that it had a strong flavor, and I thought it would be more enjoyable as a snack rather than a meal. ArnoldAbove all, the color still stands out. The pink color is due to the use of red yeast.
The lees in the dough give it a very rich texture, but the taste itself is surprisingly refreshing.
I think there are different tastes, but I personally like it because of its unique characteristics. ArnoldIt tasted clear and fresh! ArnoldI was impressed by how drinkable and punchy it was. ArnoldIt was a cup of nigori sake with a strong flavor. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
