The moment I put it in my mouth, all I could think was, "YASASASHIY...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I think it is a very easy-drinking and delicious sake.
The taste is just gentle, and as the name suggests, it has a silky touch. It is a sake that I would definitely like to encounter again.
