This is my first purchase of Shinkame, even though I live in Saitama Prefecture🐢. I tasted it at Shiratoriya Sake Shop and was impressed by its mild aroma and smooth taste. It has a mild aroma that is not overpowering, and the mouthfeel is The taste is sweet and delicious, but the aftertaste is refreshing.... It is a summer food sake with a refreshing aftertaste. I couldn't stop drinking it with meals and bought it💘 It was my daily meal companion last week 😋😋. Thanks for the food 🍶🍶.

Personal heated sake royalty, Daishichi-sama 🍶. Junmai sake brewed in 2008 and 2017. A very unusual blend of junmai sake brewed in 2008 and 2017. 🕰️ We enjoyed it lukewarm or hot 🥴. It has a fuller and richer flavor than the standard Daishichi koisho. The rich umami flavor 💗. Pair it with a well-seasoned hot pot! It has been our favorite during the cold season. ♨️ It looks delicious with dashi broth... I haven't tried it... 🍢.

Last year at my favorite liquor store point for hanami Serial number Yonotori🦅 that I purchased. I want to take the time to savor it on its own. Rich and juicy sweet Kijo sake 🎂 It's a category luxury dessert in my opinion 🍨. It's rich and sweet with a refreshing aftertaste. I was tempted to drink it easily... but I didn't. I drank it with care on a spring day. There are many sweet sake with a refreshing aftertaste nowadays but Shinmasa has a special sweet and sour taste The special sweet and sour taste is still very special. When Kamonishiki-san makes Daiginjo with Omachi It's such a good sake... 🥹. A jam-packed jam of "ummah" from the very first sip 😭 Powerful sweetness, umami and soft fruitiness 🍐. Gorgeous aroma of OMACHI 🌾Daiginjo but not too sweet. Although it is a daiginjo, the aftertaste is not cloyingly sweet, but cuts through easily and can be enjoyed with a meal. It can be enjoyed with a meal 🍣. I enjoyed it with salad 🥗. Of course, you can also drink it on its own. It is a high quality rice juice, so in our house I finished it in a few days 😂. I've enjoyed all of the packaged liquors but this one was something else. but this one was also exceptional💘
