I received this at Wadaya's distribution Tropical Shuwa Rice Juice 🌾. The juice has a sweet and tasty flavor, The juice has a juicy tropical fruit-like aroma, Fresh and juicy 🍹. Delicious by itself, happy by itself 🥹. I kept drinking it without mixing the oli, and it was the last one. The last one cup of rice wine was a bit too much ori, but the lactic acidity added a different taste. I was able to enjoy a different kind of rice calpis soda with the addition of lactic acidity. Last year at my favorite liquor store point for hanami Serial number Yonotori🦅 that I purchased. I want to take the time to savor it on its own. Rich and juicy sweet Kijo sake 🎂 It's a category luxury dessert in my opinion 🍨. It's rich and sweet with a refreshing aftertaste. I was tempted to drink it easily... but I didn't. I drank it with care on a spring day. There are many sweet sake with a refreshing aftertaste nowadays but Shinmasa has a special sweet and sour taste The special sweet and sour taste is still very special. I wonder what I'll buy next time I get some points... 🙌

When Kamonishiki-san makes Daiginjo with Omachi It's such a good sake... 🥹. A jam-packed jam of "ummah" from the very first sip 😭 Powerful sweetness, umami and soft fruitiness 🍐. Gorgeous aroma of OMACHI 🌾Daiginjo but not too sweet. Although it is a daiginjo, the aftertaste is not cloyingly sweet, but cuts through easily and can be enjoyed with a meal. It can be enjoyed with a meal 🍣. I enjoyed it with salad 🥗. Of course, you can also drink it on its own. It is a high quality rice juice, so in our house I finished it in a few days 😂. I've enjoyed all of the packaged liquors but this one was something else. but this one was also exceptional💘

Snowman was also delicious with a lot of oli. but the Dobrok has a stronger graininess. It was a fun drink 🍚. Personally, I prefer it to Snowman 🍚 ⛄️

I was surprised at how refreshing it was despite being 90% polished rice. I was surprised at first. And it has the characteristic of Shinmasa. In Fukushima Prefecture, there are many liquor stores that sell by lottery. I was able to meet Tobiroki Black Label several times. The clerk recommended the last bottle sold at the store and we bought it (a phenomenon that only the Corona disaster can produce...). (A phenomenon unique to the Corona disaster...). Anyway, there is no bitterness and it has an overwhelming sense of transparency and sweetness. The mouthfeel is like a very clean water (*alcohol 16%). And yet it has a crisp aftertaste. If you buy a bottle, you will not be able to stop drinking more...! It tastes great in any condition, I'm sure I'll always love this bottle no matter how old I get.
