I wanted to drink it on the Shinkansen on my way home from a trip to Nagano, so I bought it at Shinshu Kurado, a nice drinking spot at the train station 🍶. It's a Daiginjo with a gorgeous sweetness that I enjoyed by itself as if it were dessert 🍮. It was so easy to drink that I could finish it in spite of the short time I had on the bullet train 🚄✨.

I dropped by Kimishimaya on my way home from work and found Nabe-sama...! I chilled it at home and opened it a few days later 🍾. It's not a draft sake, but it has this sweet and tasty freshness... 🥹. The aftertaste is so refreshing that you can have as many refills as you want 🫶. I'd like to try different Nabesama 🍶🍶.

During my trip to Fukushima, I was lured by the premium and bought this one: ⛄️ It is a high quality drinkable yogurt with a hint of sweetness and umami of sake... 🍶. It's not so much the sake taste, but it's a taste that sets it apart from regular drinking yogurt 🥹. It was very useful after taking a bath in winter. ♨️

I was looking for a non-sweet nigori sake and came across this one: ✌️ A bottle of the new arrival series from the liquor store ✅ that I was interested in. First of all, it was chilled in the refrigerator, It fizzes, so carefully mix the orikomi and the top clearings before opening the bottle 🍾🍾. When drunk cold, it has a refreshing creaminess like cream cheese 🧀. When drunk warm, the aroma switches to milk and grain-like. The aftertaste is refreshing and super delicious! It goes well with both cheesy and light sweet vegetables like Kabaccio. It is a nice nigori sake that goes well with everything 🫡.

I've been wanting to buy this since last year, Risshun Morning Squeeze - ☘️ Miraculously, I bought two bottles when they had some left 💖. I guess it's about 2 weeks after bottling 🧐. Still, it has a soft fruity aroma the moment it is poured, The soft sweet and sour taste is very impressive 🥹. Freshly pressed and delicious enough... 🤤. Fukushima is a favorite liquor store in Koriyama City, Izumiya Sake Shop Freshness reminds me of the winter mosaic series ✨. Freshly made sake and food are always the best 🙌

At MAEN, a sake pairing restaurant in Ebisu, Tokyo, I had a shocking encounter with jasmine tea. I had the shocking encounter of having it with jasmine tea. This was my first visit to Mukai Sake Brewery 🍶 because I wanted a sake for heating up. I also bought a bottle of Ine Mankai at the same time, so I wondered what kind of unique sake it was...! I was dreading it. I was a little scared, but from the moment I poured it into the Chirori, the color and aroma were light and gentle. The color and aroma are light and gentle ☺️, and the aroma is mild even in the middle 🍵. The first sip is softly sweet and delicious 🫧 the rice flavor that Japanese people love is in full bloom 🌾. I had it with miso marinated tofu and it soaked up the flavor of the rice.

Went to Asano-san for some hot sake 🍶. The waitress recommended this one: 💁‍♀️ I was told that it goes well with meat, so I paid my hometown tax! We debuted it with Genghis Khan 🥩. The aroma is not too strong even when the temperature is set to about 40℃, The aroma is subtle even at 40℃, but when you put it in your mouth, the delicious taste of rice and a refreshing feeling spreads out. I ate meat that day and drank sake. I had an endless machine of eating meat and drinking sake on that day. ♾️ I'm sure it will be gone soon if I bring it to a BBQ with my friends 🍖.

I've known it was good since I lived in Fukushima, but I've never bought a bottle. I had never bought a jar of Ippoumi 👣 before I bought a bottle at the Kolasse produce center before my stay in Takayu Onsen. I look forward to it after my bath. ♨️ The aroma when you open it is soft and melon-like 🍈. The mouthfeel is too pleasantly delicious, sweet, and soft ✨. The acidity is refreshing and perfectly balanced 💪. It is actually dangerous because while it is deliciously sweet, it can be drunk easily during a meal or by itself without getting tired. It is actually a dangerous sake because you can drink it easily without getting tired of drinking it during a meal or on its own. I'm totally a fan of the "this one's character" on the back label 🥰.

Bourgeois Kariho sent to me from my parents' house...! It had an unusual appearance even before I opened it, so I couldn't help but take a picture of it 💖. The aroma of the Daiginjo is of course gorgeous and fluffy, The taste is mellow and light, but the sweetness and umami of the sake remains just right. It is a beautiful sake with a mild and light flavor, but with just the right amount of sweetness and umami (umami is a Japanese word meaning "deliciousness"). The fact that it goes in as smoothly as water is proof that the aging process after bottle storage is working. I bought it at Nagano station before my trip to Shibu Onsen (hot springs) 💨. I'm so glad I was interested in Kuroshosennkozo. ☺️ I was drawn to the animal packet 🦉. The moment you open it, it has a slightly sweet melon-like aroma as described 🍈. The moment you put it in your mouth, you'll be surprised by the sweet-swirling taste 🫧. However, the aftertaste is so refreshing that it doesn't taste bad at all. I would say it is a good quality cider for adults 🥤. It was so useful that I drank it every time I took a bath. I want to try other animal packets 🐻.

I casually stopped by the liquor store and there you were 🌸Hanamup! Ryoseki Paisen, which has been a representative local brand since I was a kid, was opened for the first time 🍾. I haven't posted this before, but this is actually my third bottle of Namimuro Sugi🍶. My first encounter with it was at a liquor store in Fukushima 👍. This one was purchased at Ebisu Kimishimaya where I happened to stop by 🎵. Mimuro Sugi has a unique and nice flavor, doesn't it? It has a fruity and ricey taste 🍇. I think it's because it's made in wooden barrels and a lot of time and effort is put into it 🧐. It was a refreshing sake with an earlier flavor and a mild sweetness that quickly faded away 🎐. It was perfect for the lingering summer heat 🎆.

I finally won after many lottery challenges at the liquor store 😂. The debut of Hanayoshiyaki is Miyamanishiki 🌾 and the beauty of the label is enchanting 🥹. The aroma was not as pineapple-like as I expected, but more alcoholic. It's not as pineapple-like as I expected, but has a strong alcoholic aroma with a characteristic nice smell! I was looking for a refreshing dry food sake for the lingering summer, and Ogiju-san recommended this one to me. As I expected, it is a clear, dry and delicious sake that makes meals go faster. But the alcohol content is 18.7 degrees, so it's a dangerous one that makes you drink more alcohol 😂. It was always served cold because of the lingering summer heat, but it would be delicious even if it were heated up. It's a bottle that will be delicious even if it's heated up 🍶 It's also cosy at 1,540 yen for a four-pack. I'd like to buy it again if I come across it again 🎵.

Buy it for the slurpy nigori sake 🥛. This is a nice adult calpis yogurt 🐄. I'm not sure if it's the same as the Beau Michelle I posted last time or rice and rice malt... I'm sure it's a great taste!
