Haruka was the last one at Shinseki-san.
The aroma is fresh and the taste is sweet with a hint of sourness, so the aftertaste is refreshing.
So it is easy to match with meals and can also be enjoyed as a stand-alone drink.
We had it at the beginning of spring, but it can be enjoyed in summer as well.
I wonder if it's the yeast used in the brewery, "Kameyama yeast", that makes it so tasty only in Haruka 🌸.
