A bottle of the new arrival series from the liquor store ✅ that I was interested in.
First of all, it was chilled in the refrigerator,
It fizzes, so carefully mix the orikomi and the top clearings before opening the bottle 🍾🍾.
When drunk cold, it has a refreshing creaminess like cream cheese 🧀.
When drunk warm, the aroma switches to milk and grain-like.
The aftertaste is refreshing and super delicious!
It goes well with both cheesy and light sweet vegetables like Kabaccio.

I got the ski version ⛷😆 Mellow ☺️. No peculiarities. Easy to drink. Light, but also a little sweet. Heated to 55 degrees, it's more mellow and soaks into your body. Honjozo is also good. 65 degrees, even better. Sweet and mellow. Spiciness also comes out. The sweetness is mellow, and the spiciness comes out.
