I haven't posted this before, but this is actually my third bottle of Namimuro Sugi🍶.
My first encounter with it was at a liquor store in Fukushima 👍.
This one was purchased at Ebisu Kimishimaya where I happened to stop by 🎵.
Mimuro Sugi has a unique and nice flavor, doesn't it?
It has a fruity and ricey taste 🍇.
I think it's because it's made in wooden barrels and a lot of time and effort is put into it 🧐.
It was a refreshing sake with an earlier flavor and a mild sweetness that quickly faded away 🎐.
It was perfect for the lingering summer heat 🎆.
