Kudokibe Jr.'s Sake Future 33 Gorgeous capp aroma! 😉 . Pineapple flavor fills the mouth, as is typical of Kudokidokutei! 🍍 And it's also very easy to drink as it has an elegant and crisp feel like a sake made with future sake! (One of the best capsicums I've had this year 😍😍😍) I'm glad I bought a bottle 🥰.

Koei Chrysanthemum Halcyon 4MMP type aroma, as is typical of Shunyo-use sake! (Discreet muscat maybe? 🍇🟢) Taste is also a bit peculiar sweet and acidic compared to other sake qualities as well! It is also clean and sharp! (What kind of food would be good to pair it with? 🧐) Less vigorous than the usual Koei Kiku (the cork didn't fly out 😆).

Kikuyu Gin-fu Junmai-shu (Rainfall Daisen Junmai-shu) The aroma is reminiscent of lychee 😚. The mouthfeel was subdued and refreshing, but a rather strong sweet acidity started to emerge in the middle! (I still think it has a lychee feel to it?) ☺️ The label looks like it could be sold at a roadside station or something (???). The label looks like something you'd find at a roadside station, but the flavor is more modern! I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not 🥰.

Toyo Bijin Jundo Isshu Hakutsuru Nishiki More moderate than usual? Less capsule aroma than usual? But the taste is gorgeous and fruity! (Even when chilled, the 🍍 fills your mouth with flavor.) The aftertaste is slightly bitter, but the overall pineapple flavor is quite easy to drink without being unpleasant! 😍 This may be the first Hakutsuru Nishiki from the Ichizou series I've ever bought! 😄

Gassan innovation 4-step brewing, 11%. Aroma is vinegar-iso and caramel type Quite sweet on the palate! The moment you drink it, it is sweet! The moment you drink it, it's sweet! Citric acidity comes in the middle of the drink. The sweetness is strong, so it's like a juice 🍹. The low alcohol content of 11 degrees makes it easy to drink with no aftertaste! This... was the one that 4 cups is not enough 🥰🥰🥰.

Mimuro-sugi Junmai Ginjyo Watanbune No. Ramune in both aroma and taste! 🥤 Compared to the regular brand, it has a stronger sweetness and a slight ripe banana taste! But as usual, the sharpness is very good and you can drink as many glasses as you want! 😍😍 I've heard at the liquor store that it seems to be the last ferry? I hope to get one more bottle 😏.

Jikin Tokubetsu Junmai Hiiri The aroma is rather strong with a hint of capsicum and alkaloids 😙. Shinsei No.6 R-type The aroma smells like alcohol and is unique...(I have never smelled this aroma in any other sake) The taste is sweet and sour, just like Shinmasa! 😍. Yoshida Kurau Ishikawamon + A for UA The aroma is grapey 🍇. The taste is also grape-like with a fresh sweetness! There is also a bit of acidity and a sweet and sour taste in the middle! Produced soil 2023 ears more/four farmers brewed The lid flew off when the bottle was opened, and when poured, it was quite gassy 🤣. The aroma has a strong sense of koji! The aroma is very strong! It has a rather firm sweetness and the koji taste is just like the aroma! It's easy to drink because it's gentle on the palate...or is it? It's easy to drink because it has a gentle mouthfeel...? This is the first time I bought San-Do! It was a good experience though it cost me over 3000 yen for a four-pack! ☺️

Urachiebijin Undiluted Nama-zake Nama-zake-like aroma 🍶. It is a sweet juicy sake, but the atmosphere is a little different from others! Eiko Fuji Junmai Daiginjo SURVIVAL The aroma is gorgeous and capricious 🍍. The taste is pineapple, just like Eikoufuji! Fruity flavor spreads throughout the palate! The aftertaste, however, is rather sharp and never gets dull! (Easy to drink!) I can't buy Eiko Fuji anymore due to a change in environment... I'd like to buy it again if I can find it again😍.

Yuri-style Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu The aroma has a strong alcohol smell. The aroma has a strong alcohol smell, a juicy flavor typical of unfiltered nama sake, and a subtle hint of vinegared iso! ☺️The mouthfeel is rather thick, but the aftertaste is quite sharp! (I still wonder if the alcohol taste is gone...) The name comes from the toji, Mr. Yuri Inoue 😉.

Nagurayama Junmai Ginjo Mochiten Ringo x Mochiten Melon Quite a cuppa aroma! 🍍 The taste is sweet-umami type and certainly has a melon🍈-like depth! The sharpness of the aftertaste and the elegant aroma that lingers in the oral cavity is apple🍎? I have not been able to find Nagurayama since I changed my base of operations! It's a fruity explosion!

Kamotsuru Junmai Sake Nigori The aroma is completely yogurt! It has a very strong lactic acidity and sweet acidity 🍦. The taste is also lactic and sweetly acidic, just like the aroma! The turbidity is also quite strong, so it's thick and doesn't feel like you're drinking sake at all! 🥰. I got the impression that the price was quite cheap too, about 1300 yen! I should have bought several bottles 😭
