Tenmei Peach Tenmei Special Honjozo Nikka Aroma is tropical fruit type like mango Rather clear sweet and acidic! It is not at all thick and can be drunk smoothly like water! It's a honjozo sake, but it doesn't have an alcoholic feel at all! It's a pure sake, but it doesn't have any alky feeling at all! This bottle was highly recommended by the store owner! It is a honjozo but with 50% polished rice and costs around 1,700 yen 🙆.

Hanamup Junmai Ginjo Namaishu Mirai The aroma is unmistakably cappuccinatory The taste is the same as usual 🍍! However, compared to last year, the impression is surprisingly light and clean, and it is easy to drink! (The sharpness is as good as last year!) Hanaboe Mizuhashi x Mizuhashi Nigori Nama Sake The aroma has a strong acid smell typical of mizu-hashiroshi. The nose has a strong acidity smell typical of mizu-hashiroshi and a yellowish appearance with a slight gassiness! The citric acidity is mixed with a heavy sweetness like honey, making it hard to believe that it is sake. I'd like to try it with vanilla ice cream! I'll have to buy some next year! 🤩

Hello! KOUEIGIKU Aizan light nigori As soon as I removed the rubber stopper, the lid floated! (If I didn't hold it down, it would have flown off 😁) It has a strong smell of oak, and as you drink it, you can't really feel it! It has a strong gaseous smell, but you can taste the sweetness, so it's very drinkable! 😍😍 They only sold 4 gou bottles...too bad because 1 shou is cheaper 😢(but it's good because it tastes so good!)

Morishima Junmai Daiginjo Comet Aroma is a mixture of cemedine and banana smell 🍌. Quite dry as expected. It has a gentle sweetness typical of iso-type sake and a slightly strong acidity! Clean to the aftertaste, good as a food sake 🍌. I bought this after re-reading last year's dancyu! I bought it after re-reading last year's dancyu! "The fleeting aftertaste makes me want to drink more and more sake!

Okura Special Junmai Arabashiri Unfiltered Nama Sake The nose has a strong yogurt smell and a muscat 🍇🟢 type aroma. The taste is fruity with a strong umami acidity! It has a strong richness, but somehow it seems light and refreshing... strange! This sake uses Kyokai No. 1 yeast, which is quite rare! (It is interesting to note that Okura-san uses a variety of yeasts!)

The taste is not as strong as the aroma and is quite dry! KURAMOTO Rohafu BODAIMOTO Light The aroma seems to have a strong acidity (modern sake yeast strain 😘). As with the aroma, the overall taste is sweet and acidic! The mouthfeel is sweetness of Wasanbon type, and stimulating acidity of lactic acid type 😌. It is interesting to see the difference in each brewery even though it is called Bodhi yeast! Collage Junmai Ginjo Orikarami It has a strong orizumi smell! (It also has a hint of banana aroma) It has a rather strong orizumi aroma! The gasiness is almost the same as last year's 1st batch, but the sweetness is stronger 😙. I wonder if the nigori of Miyazumi also had almost no gas when I opened the bottle, or if it was made differently or something? I'm not sure 🧐.

Mimuro cedar, Bodhi yeast yeast, Dew leaf wind, Origara-mi The aroma is a pleasant vinegared iso that is typical of Mimuro Sugi. The taste is also stable banana 🍌 Like the two types of ogoragami that came out in December, it has a slight gasiness and gentle sweetness that fills the mouth 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰. New from this season? Nanbu Bijin Sake Mirai The aroma is a gorgeous pineapple aroma 🍍 The taste is as pineapple as the aroma. Asahi Ei Tokubetsu Junmai Namaishu Oragaraumi The aroma is of a vinegared iso type, with a slightly strong alcohol smell. The palate has a beautiful banana-like sweetness! The impression is that it is a well-balanced type of sake, sweet at first and then disappearing nicely and neatly in the middle! (I didn't feel any orikomi at all!) This is also a brand new to me! I bought it on a hunch and it was a great decision! I was right!

Choyo Fukumusume Yamadanishiki Dry Junmai Sake Light Nigori Nama The aroma is faintly greefy! 😌. The mouthfeel is quite refreshing as it calls itself dry (with a hint of sweetness)! (The sweetness is just a little bit.) However, it does not have a strong alcohol taste and has a sharp sharpness... It seems to be the best match as a food sake! I could not buy this sake because I did not have a chance to buy it! I'm glad I was able to buy it! I'm glad I got it!

Aizu Musume Junmai Ginjo Yukigasumi no Sato The aroma is a beautiful vinegared iso-type! Sweet on the palate! But the taste becomes strange from the middle (sourness and bitterness? (The acidity and bitterness may be a type I've never had before!) It is 15 degrees, but I feel it is much stronger! This is an image I've seen a lot on SNS this season! It's kind of addictive 🥰.

Hashu Sake Mirai Aroma is a gorgeous vinegared iso-type? (No gassy feeling, but it tastes like rummy!). Shoyuki Yamadaho Junmai Daiginjo The aroma is peculiar, like that of a Yamahai-type sake! The aroma is like that of a Yamahai type sake 😮. Unlike the aroma, the taste has a gentle sweetness and refreshing acidity - not at all tiring to drink! Wakanami Junmai-shu Namaishu The aroma is of the vinegar-etching type typical of namaishu 😀 The mouthfeel is quite sweet and juicy! Mouthfeel is quite sweet and juicy! The taste is quite sweet and juicy on the palate 😍and yet it becomes quite refreshing and clean in the middle...(I bought it after being recommended by others, but I didn't expect it to be so easy to drink!)
