Nature Township SEVEN The scent is minty and cool! 😉 The palate is rather sweet! The fresh sweetness spreads like muscat while the bitter sourness comes out softly in the aftertaste to finish it off! 🍇😍 I used to drink Masamune from time to time, but it's been a very long time since I've had Shizenigo! I regret that I should have bought it by the bottle (I'm not sure if I should have).

Tsushimaya Gaiden The lid flew off when opening the bottle! 🤪 When poured, it has a solid gasiness! (Is there a smell of cork and smoke?) It tastes sweet, sour and acidic. It tastes sweet and sour, but the strong gaseous taste calms down moderately! 😘. The waiter said they use wine yeast! That's why it's so acidic 😉.

AGEO Junmai Daiginjo LIGHT The aroma is of the vinegared ethy type 😚. The mouthfeel is quite light, creating an atmosphere of richness, but the sake is rather light and smooth! (A mix of banana and caramel with a clear sweetness like wasanbon! 😍) This is a PB product of Kitanishi Shuzo, the company that brews Sairai! I happened to see it and bought it! 😋

Juroemon 16th Kuroemon Yamahai Junmai Miyamanishiki 13 The aroma is faintly vinegared iso! The 🍌 The taste is quite acidic! It doesn't have the heaviness of Yamahai, but rather the sweet acidity of a modern sake! It's more like a modern sake with a sweet and sour taste! The aftertaste is also sharp and quickly disappears from the mouth! I like this 13 degrees series...I want to buy more this season! ☺️

Hanamup Junmai Daiginjo Aizan Gorgeous cupped aroma from the nose! 🥰 Sweet and juicy as always! Pineapple 🍍 feeling all over the palate with sweet acidity! Despite the richness of the flavor, the sharpness is very good and refreshing 🍶. It is quite expensive at 6,000 yen per bottle, but it is my favorite, so I will drink it gratefully!

Flax cat 2023 The aroma is unique and not like other sake 😉 (somewhat raisin-like). It has a strong citric taste as if it is made with white malted rice! Shinsei Tangerine A unique sweet and sour taste reminiscent of citrus fruits! 🍊The sweetness comes out at first, and the sourness comes out strongly in the middle! Daimine 3 grains Akirei Kasumi Nama Sake Omachi The aroma is of the classic vinegar-iso-type 😙. The palate is elegant and sweet! The overall sweetness spreads well, but the aftertaste has a depth (or is it Oumachi?) that is typical of autumn sake and tightens up nicely. Hiraizumi Yamahai Junmai Limited Summer Seasonal The aroma is like a modern sake yeast strain! Taste as expected, quite sweet and sour! (It's like a pineapple with stronger acidity and more peculiar taste 🍍) The alcohol content is a little low at 14 degrees, but I wonder if it doesn't feel light because of the way it passes through the nose. It tastes rather strong, so you may want to drink it on the rocks or something 🤩.

Overall, it is a light and easy to drink type of wine! The gentle aroma remains in the oral cavity even after swallowing, which is a relief!
