Yamazan Junmai Daiginjyo Yamae-Nishiki 40% unfiltered unpasteurized sake The aroma has a strong alu feel to it. It has a hint of cappuccino florality and a juicy flavor that is typical of unfiltered raw sake! It's a little too much 😉 . The aftertaste is quite sharp and disappears nicely (I don't feel the alu feeling as much as the aroma). I was quite curious about this sake! I'd like to try the other ones too! I'd love to try the others 🥰.

Dewazakura Junmai Daiginjo Snow Goddess Yonwari Hachibun Moderate aroma! Cap? It has a gorgeous aroma, but the overall aroma is understated and clean. It is not so much a full mouthful, but rather a solemn and moderate cohesion. 😙 I thought it was very tasty when I drank it a few years ago! It was a turning point for me and I hope to continue drinking it in the future 🥰.

Toyo Bijin Limited Junmai Daiginjo The aroma is very gorgeous! (More gorgeous than the Jyundo Isshu series!) (More gorgeous than the Jyundo Ittou series!) It has a melon-like sweetness and richness to it, along with a stable pineapple type of gorgeousness. I can feel something like that! If you like capsicums, you should definitely buy this one!

Beau Michelle cotton candy The aroma is unique to the origami. The taste is very sweet and sour! It's a combination of apple-like fresh sweetness and honey-like sweetness, too delicious 😍😍😍😍. The slight effervescence makes it like drinking carbonated juice 🍹. Too easy to drink...must buy more! I'll have to buy more 😁😁😁😁

Kikei Nigori Sake (Unrefined Sake) Highly carbonated (if cooled properly, it won't blow out😏) Overall impression is light, perhaps due to the gassiness? (I guess if the gas is removed, the impression will change a lot 😉) It is easy to drink with a dry aftertaste despite its strong umami flavor 😘. It's been a while since I've had Oroku! There are so many different kinds, it's always hard to decide which one to buy 😘.

Eikun Junmai Ginjo Natsu no Shirakiku The aroma smells like lactic acid like yogurt😊. Taste is also gentle sweet and sour like the aroma! (It still has a yogurt-like vibe to it!) No alkali feeling and a clean aftertaste 🥰. Summer sake is increasing - more easy-to-drink sake, so the cups will go on and on!

Toyo Bijin Bessen The aroma is slightly alcoholic. Taste is the usual pineapple fruitiness mixed with a rather strong sourness. Nice and refreshing aftertaste 👍 The best part is the low price of 1320 yen for a four-pack 😍I hope they continue to sell it! I hope they keep selling it 😍.

HIRAN Aotian SEITEN The atmosphere of the aroma is acidic! ☺️ Gentle sweetness and strong acidity (the sweetness is like a refreshing vinegar iso type x there is a strong acidity mixed in!) Quite refreshing and sharp with a clean aftertaste! 🥰 It's been a while since I've been able to buy Jiran - not close by, but it's good to find a distributor within my radius of action 😏.

Kudokibe Daiginjo-Karakami The aroma is a gorgeous cappuccino 😍. Quite sweet and umami type! Not as much pineapple as the aroma, but a clear sweetness (like wasanbon?). Almost no leesiness, no sense of heaviness! I think the aftertaste is a little alcoholic? I bought this sake because it was an exhibit sake! 4510 yen (1.8L) for 35% polished rice... 🤩.

Hatsukame Junmai Ginjo Tojo Yamadanishiki Aroma is modest😊. The taste is clean with a hint of sweetness of the vinegared iso type as shown on the back label (slightly sweet! Sugar type mellowness?) The crisp aftertaste makes it easy to drink 🥰. It's a very refreshing sake from Shizuoka Prefecture. It was easy to drink with a vinegar-iso-refreshing taste! I'll try it with bonito next time 😁.

HANA-YOSU THE MATCH Gorgeous capsicum type 🍍 from the aroma! The taste is also a pineapple flavor! The taste is also very pineapple 😍It spreads throughout the mouth, but like a hana-yosu, the bitterness starts to appear in the middle, settles down, and then goes away! Sogapère Ephis Numéroin I thought the aroma was acid & umami type, but the taste is like a sweet white wine! Mellow, smooth and surprisingly gentle on the palate 🥰(I guess the acidity is what leaves the aftertaste?) It is a very rare sake that uses No.1 yeast 🍶🍾🍾I was able to buy 2 bottles of Sogapé this year! I hope to buy more next year: ☺️

Hanamup Junmai Ginjo Nama Akita Sake Komachi The aroma is typical Hanayuup capsicum 🍍. The taste is fruity at first! The umami taste comes out in the middle, and the acidity comes out in the aftertaste. The taste changes rapidly! The aftertaste is clean, just like the Sake Mirai we drank before! I've been able to buy Hana Yuu recently... thanks to the liquor store.

Fudo Hashirushibori-Non-filtered Junmai Ginjyo Nama-no-Genshu The aroma is rather gorgeous (just as the store owner said!). The gorgeous pineapple-like aroma spreads at first, but it soon settles down to a clean, easy-drinking feeling! Overall, it is well-balanced? This is my first time to try this brand! I might buy it again 😏.

Mimuro cedar Junmai Ginjo Ooragarami The aroma is a stable banana 🍌. It is sweeter and mellower than the one I had at the end of last year! (Less gassy? (Maybe that's why you can feel the sweetness more easily 😏) I also love the sharp and clean aftertaste 💕 Opened the last bottle I had saved! Looking forward to next year 😍😍😍.

Tsururei Tokubetsu Junmai Nama-no-Genshu The aroma is vinegared iso-type ☺️ The mouthfeel is faint banana🍌, and as you drink it, you can taste the dark caramel-like flavor coming out! 😊 The aftertaste is sour and bitter, and it seems to be getting sharp. I have the impression that it has a more robust flavor than the Jungin I drank before? I want to compare them next time 🥰.

Snow Kayasha Junmai Ginjo Hiden Yamahai Nama Shu Aroma is modest (hard to describe...😅) It is unexpectedly sweet (sugar type, not fruit type)! (Sugar type, not fruit type) Above all, it is very clean and beautiful with a moderate umami taste, not at all like Yamahai (mountain hakai)! (Very easy to drink!) It's been a while since I've had a Yamahai sake! I'm so glad I did!
