Tsururei Tokubetsu Junmai Nama-no-Genshu The aroma is vinegared iso-type ☺️ The mouthfeel is faint banana🍌, and as you drink it, you can taste the dark caramel-like flavor coming out! 😊 The aftertaste is sour and bitter, and it seems to be getting sharp. I have the impression that it has a more robust flavor than the Jungin I drank before? I want to compare them next time 🥰.

Snow Kayasha Junmai Ginjo Hiden Yamahai Nama Shu Aroma is modest (hard to describe...😅) It is unexpectedly sweet (sugar type, not fruit type)! (Sugar type, not fruit type) Above all, it is very clean and beautiful with a moderate umami taste, not at all like Yamahai (mountain hakai)! (Very easy to drink!) It's been a while since I've had a Yamahai sake! I'm so glad I did!

Kohkozuhin Tokubetsu Junmai Namaishu Aroma: sweet and juicy as expected, but the acidity is rather strong. As expected, it is sweet and juicy, but the acidity is rather strong. Mimuro Cedar Grazie a Dio From the aroma, it has a pleasant rummy taste! The taste is stable and banana-like, but also has a weight that is typical of Omachi. It also has a weight! Oze no Yukidoke Junmai Daiginjo Natsu Gin Aroma is more refreshing than usual 😉. Ozeyuki's typical pineappleiness is in full bloom! It's a bit of a summer sake, but maybe that's because it's a summer sake. The middle part of the bottle is more subdued and has a nice, clean, crisp feel! (Some sourness in the aftertaste? (It may have a slight acidity in the aftertaste...) Summer sake in April...well, it's been hot lately, so it's ok! It's good 😁.

YOKOYAMA SILVER1814 Firework The aroma and taste are gorgeous like a pineapple! The aroma and taste are gorgeous and pineapple-like 🍍 but the juiciness is moderate and easy to drink. (Is that the difference between Hi-iri and Nama-zake? I think that's the difference between Hi-iri and Nama-zake 🧐) I bought a bottle because the store owner recommended it so highly! It's relatively refreshing, so you can drink a lot without getting tired of drinking it - a good decision 👍.

Kido Junmai Ginjo-shu Nigori Sake Nama The aroma is surprisingly pineapple-like! The nose is surprisingly pineapple-like! A little sweetness, but not too much, and a nice salty taste. 🙆‍♀️(nigori-like aftertaste is dry 🥰) I'm thankful that the Kido series is so cost-effective...(Most of them are under 1500 yen for a Yongo bottle and under 3000 yen for a Ichimasu bottle... 🙇)

Ryujinmaru Daiginjyo Nama Sake 40 The aroma is sweet and rich... The mouthfeel is gentle, but soon the inside of the mouth tastes like a mixture of caramel x sugar! It's quite dark but has a clean crispness that is typical of Aruzome! 😊 Sake given to me at work😍I can't afford to buy it myself so I'm very grateful! 🥰

Shin Takachiyo Ai ORIGARAMI Is the fragrance ory? Maybe strong! The sweetness is like a melon 🍈 with a touch of melon 🍈 and ✖️ greffle sourness mixed in 😍. Laplace Yachiyo ROOM Is the scent capricious? (pineapple🍍) Taste is slightly mango and lychee? It has a tropical flavor like mango or lychee. But overall, it is refreshing and easy to drink! Takachiyo, the hidden story of SKY Stable pineapple in both aroma and taste. The juicy taste has a hint of koji rice malt flavor. The fluffy taste of orikarami type malted rice comes out! It has a pleasant and refreshing aftertaste 😍. I think it's a little lighter than the other Hiragana series 😍. I think it's a little light in the Hiragana series 🦆.

Kudokibe Jr.'s honeysuckle Both the aroma and taste have a capsicum-type pineappleiness that spreads throughout the mouth! 🍍 It's not too complicated to drink and can be mixed and matched with a variety of things. Hanaboe Mizuhashi Nama Shu (sake brewed in wooden casks) The aroma is unique. (It has a slight yellowish taste.) Strong acidity and slight sweetness typical of mizu-hashiroshi! 🥰. It is said to be brewed in a wooden vat, but we don't feel much of the wooden vat? (On the contrary, because it is brewed in wooden vats, the acidity typical of mizu-hashiroshi is suppressed?) I've rarely heard of mizu-hashiroshi sake, but I'd like to check it out and try it 🧐.
