Jyushidai Honmaru Gorgeous caps in both aroma and taste! Pineapple pineapple! 🍍 The flavor is quite rich, but the sharpness is very good! (No weird nasal passages... I feel like only the best parts of the alsobe are on full display 😉) This is the first time I've purchased HONMARU for some reason! I'm thankful for this great taste for about 3000 yen per bottle 😍....

Jikin Junmai Ginjo Omachi Nama The aroma is woody, as if it was brewed in a cedar barrel? 🌲. The taste is a strong pineapple flavor! The taste is strong pineapple flavor 🍍It has a strong sweetness but it doesn't linger, and the bitterness finishes it off? Dewazakura Junmai Daiginjo Snow Goddess Yonwari Hachibun Aroma: Slightly strong alcohol smell As the aroma suggests, the alcohol smell is strong! The flavor is rather light, with a beautiful sweet and sour taste! A clear, refreshing and beautiful sake! ☺️ I have the impression that it has had a refreshing taste for the past two years! Aizu Musume Junmai Sake (drink at room temperature) The aroma has a strong vinegared smell. Mouthfeel is sweet and acidic! This is the type that becomes more crisp when chilled! At room temperature, you can feel a strong alcohol taste, so it feels relatively sharp! It has a strong sweet and sour smell 🥰. Hanami Romain Junmai Ginjo Aroma is beautiful iso-type? 🍌. The taste is also banana to rummy with a gentle sweetness and acidity! Overall, the lightness of the sake makes the saké go down smoothly! (Maybe it's because of the glutinous rice (shidan), or maybe it's the fullness after swallowing? (I also feel like I can feel a kind of fullness after swallowing it, perhaps due to the glutinous rice 4-dan!) Yamazan Junmai Ginjo Kinmon Nishiki The aroma is faintly iso and raisiny! 🟡🟣. Slightly fruity but light like the rest of the series! (But I think it has a more solid structure than Yamae Nishiki? 🧐) I haven't had a Kinmon-nishiki sake in a while! I think they have a lot of crisp sake quality 😘.

Amami Junmai Ginjyo Usu Nigori Nama-shu The aroma is of orikori and vinegared iso🍌. Slightly gaseous and sweet, typical of Amami! It is a bit drier (more bitter?) than before. It has a lightness that makes it drinkable during a picnic or something! I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not 🥰. I haven't seen Amami in a long time! I'm glad I haven't been able to buy it this year because it's seasonal! 😆 😆

Haneya Kasumi Sake The aroma is a mix of capsicum and iso (more of this rice lately). The mouthfeel has a pineapple sweetness, but it comes together in the middle to the elegant and clean feeling that is in the iso type (the oli is very little, so you almost don't feel it) 🥰. I finally got around to buying it! It was worth the year of waiting 😍.

Ten Frog Clear Dry I heard it was a clear sake but the secondary fermentation in the bottle was strong! (I was blown out as soon as I opened the bottle 😭) Low sweetness and high acidity! It's like soda water with a grapefruit flavor? 😏. I was able to buy a clear sake ver of Tenfrog, which is usually cloudy, something rare 😍.

Yokoyama Goju Junmai Daiginjo Shinshu Shiboritate Usu Nigori Nama The aroma is of the vinegared iso type! (Surprising since Yokoyama has a strong image of capsule!) Tamitsu First Press New Sake Kaminoho The aroma is unique to unpasteurized sake? Vinegared ethiose (mango 🥭 feeling too). Gorgeous tropical fruit type sweetness, just like the aroma! It is juicy and robust, so it is best to drink it tightly chilled! The last one I bought was a stronger malic acid one, but I wonder if this is the general model? It was sweet! 🥰 #Sake

Mimuro cedar Hana kyun The aroma is the same as usual, vinegar iso🥰. Not to mention the taste is beautifully sweet~! Much less gassy than last year? Shinkai KT-901 The aroma has a strong acidic and alcoholic smell. Mouthfeel is like a modern sake with a strong sweet, sour and umami taste. It has a firm taste, but the rest in the mouth cavity from the middle is refreshing! 😗(The acidity is squeaky clean!) I was told that KT-901 is a yeast based on Kyokai No. 9 that is capable of producing more acid! I learned a lot 📖.

Amego no Tsuki Special Junmai Thirteen Nights Nama Sake The moment the bottle was opened, it flew open and about 10% gushed out💦. Strong gassy feeling! (like sparkling sake). No oriki feeling, but the bitterness from it is strong 💦. The impression is that it has a strong bitterness 💪 It is dry and refreshing, with a moderate sweetness. I wonder if it is less sweet and more gaseous than before? (Is it just because there was a short period of time between filling and drinking? I'm not sure 🧐)

Sei Sake Mother Active Sake As usual, a unique aroma typical of yeast yeast yeast! (smells like avocado for some reason) Sweet and acidic, with a gaseous taste! (It didn't explode like last year 😌) I didn't feel any alcohol at all, just regular juice! 🥰. It was one of those drinks that I wish many people would try as an easy drinking alcoholic beverage!
