Mimuro Sugi, wooden cedar vat, Bodai-Hashiwadashi, Yamadanishiki, Oragami The aroma is beautifully vinegary (banana and rummy). The gasiness is strong! It's a sake that has been sitting for 6 months, but it's quite sweet! It's like a 🤩 cider type of clear sweetness occupies the mouth, and then acidity & bitterness finish it off in the middle! 😍 I could feel the sweetness more firmly than right after it came out! I still love orizake. ❤️

Wind Forest Nanaro 657 The aroma is just like a ramune! (plus a faint alcohol smell). Less gassy than usual Kaze no Mori 😌. Like the aroma, it has a cool and refreshing rummy sweetness that spreads on the palate! The aftertaste is quite sharp and easy to drink even in hot weather! 🥰 Nanaro is a new sake brewing rice from Nara prefecture! 😆

Suitama Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Akita Sake Komachi The aroma has a strong alcohol smell. Strong sweetness on the palate! Pineapple 🍍 taste like Hanamup spreads all over the mouth! The aftertaste is acidic and alcoholic. The way the sweetness spreads is just like Hanamup! I'd like to compare this one with Akita Sake Komachi Hanamup...(I'd lose track 🤪)

HAN Summer Junmai Ginjo Aroma is a mixture of isocap & alcohol smell 🍍🍌. I thought the sweetness on the palate was a thick mango type of sweetness, but it was cleared up by a rather strong acidity in the middle! 🥭🍌 There is no lingering feeling, so the cup goes on! This is the first brand I bought! I need to add more new brands! I'm not sure what to say 💪.

Snow Kayasha Bishu Design Nama Sake Aroma is gorgeous cupped + alcohol smell. Quite a strong sweet taste! Pineapple 🍍 taste similar to the aroma, sweet and acidic and clean! The aftertaste is clean and elegant as it doesn't falter! It's elegant! I wonder if this flavor is similar to that of Toyo Fat Man's series.　This is the first time I have tasted a sake designed by Bishu! 😍

Etsukaijin Junmai-shu Ashu Yamadanishiki Unfiltered Nama The aroma is raisin-like, sweet and strong! (Vinegared ethyl alcohol type) As the aroma suggests, the sweetness is strong! The taste is strong, with sugar-like sweetness and strong acidity that lingers until the aftertaste! (It would be good with a meal or warmed sake!) I was able to buy a bottle of Kaijin for the first time! It's different from the real thing 😆. #Sake #Etsukaijin

Kunishige Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu Nama The aroma is typical of nama sake with a hint of vinegar and ethyl acetate. The taste is sweet and juicy just like the aroma! The acidity is a bit strong. It has a strong flavor, but it seems to go well with meals! I think it's a good match for a meal 😆. The aftertaste has a strong alcohol drain. We learned about this sake at a liquor store in our destination! A unique encounter on a trip 😍.

KANKOUBEI Junmai Ginjo NATSU SAKE The aroma is fruity, like isomeric + mango. Mouthfeel is light and tropical fruit sweetness as per the aroma! 😍(tastes like nata de coco for some reason!) I think the sourness and richness start to come out in the middle. 🤩 It's already the season for summer sake...so early 🫠.

Kudokibe Junmai Ginjo-shu Mirai The aroma is quite gorgeous cap🍍. The taste also has a mouth full of pineapple flavor... firm sweetness and pleasant acidity. The post-drink sharpness is also quite good, disappearing from the mouth in an instant... elegant! Only available in one bottle, but a recommended bottle for fruity sake lovers! 😍.

Tenzan Junmai Ginjyo Nama Pink Light Nigori It took about 30 minutes to open the bottle because it was too active! It took about 30 minutes to open the bottle 🤯. It has a sweet and sour taste like strawberries, as is typical of sake with red yeast, but the gas is so strong that it tastes like carbonated juice without soda! It's like a carbonated juice without soda! There are still some red yeast sake that I don't know about, I'll have to look into it more!

Kudokyu-te no Dokidoki Yamashu No.4 The aroma is rather subdued caps🍍. As with the aroma, there is a capsule-type flavor, but the graininess and alcohol are rather strong and complex! (rather hard right after opening the bottle?). This sake is made from Yamashu No. 4, the parent of Sake Mirai! I drank it for the first time~! I've never had it before 😚.

Toyo Bijin Tensho Chizui The aroma is stable kapu, with a hint of gasiness? The taste is the usual pineapple 🍍 & mango 🥭 sweetness on the palate, but the bitterness seems to leave an impression from the second half! The aftertaste is noticeably sour and refreshing? (It's interesting to see so many different flavors show up!) It's been a long time since I've had a beauty other than the Mundo Issho series!

TANI-IZUMI Junmai Nama-no-Genshu The aroma is fruity, like a mixture of iso and tropical fruits. The taste is different from the aroma and is rather classical? (It has a rather hard impression, with a hint of sweetness, but it may taste like hard water?) It was a different taste from the sake I have had in the past! I was surprised that it was so different from what I used to drink ‼️🤓

Murasakyu Junmai Ginjo cotton candy label The aroma is slightly raisiny? (Moderate!). Very sweet and sour! The sweetness is sugary, the acidity is lactic, berry-like, raisin-like... strange! 🤩🤩. Low al at 9 degrees so you can drink it like juice! 😍

Amami New Sake Junmai Ginjo Nigori Nama Aroma is iso+al smell (more of this set!) I think it is the sweetest of all the Tenbi after the change of the brewing process. I think it's the sweetest of all the new Amami! (It's like a throwback to the old days😍) The sweetness and acidity are firm, but also the slight gasiness from the oak.... The sweetness and acidity are firm, and there is a slight gassy feeling......delicious! The slight bitterness in the aftertaste makes it more drinkable!

Sake brewer Kuheiji light nigori The aroma is iso + strong cage smell. I think it is much sweeter than in previous years! 🥰 Strong banana taste sweetness and beautiful acidity! (I don't feel the cagey feeling as much as the aroma!) The clean aftertaste seems to come from alcohol? ☺️ I kinda got it again this year lol.

Kikuhime Nigori Sake The aroma is quite strong with a malted rice smell. Very sweet! The rice taste is like rice cakes! Kikuhime uses Yamada from the special A district for only a little more than 2,000 yen per barrel, which is a quirk of the Kikuhime company! I heard that it tastes good with sansho sprinkled on it, so I will try it next time!

Toyo Bijin Jyundo Ittou Oorigarami Nama The aroma is a strong tropical feeling, like a mixture of kapu and etch! It has a strong tropical flavor 😁. Taste is also strong, gorgeous and fruity, like drinking a juice (16 degrees, so you have to be careful...) The taste is clean and refreshing like the Jundo Isshu series, the difference between the strong mouthfeel and the clean aftertaste is unbalanced in a good way 😍.

Toyo Bijin Jundo Isshu Aizan Aroma: Capsicum & slightly lactic acidic? It is gorgeous and fruity without saying so! The pineapple flavor is strong, but there is a clearness that seems to come from the Aizan, and it disappears nicely and smoothly... a well-balanced sake 😍. The price is under 4000 yen per bottle...thank you so much! 😇

Motohira green Special Akaban Omachi rice 2024 Quite strong smell of alcohol! The palate has a slight sweetness and a strong bitterness! (I don't know if it is from the alcohol or the omachi... but it has a very classical taste!) It is one of Motohira's most suitable as a food sake! This is a PB product that comes out every year, but the taste is different every time, so it is one to look forward to!
