It's quite dark but has a clean crispness that is typical of Aruzome! 😊 Sake given to me at work😍I can't afford to buy it myself so I'm very grateful! 🥰

宵桜蒼Takachiyo, the hidden story of SKY Stable pineapple in both aroma and taste. The juicy taste has a hint of koji rice malt flavor. The fluffy taste of orikarami type malted rice comes out! It has a pleasant and refreshing aftertaste 😍. I think it's a little lighter than the other Hiragana series 😍. I think it's a little light in the Hiragana series 🦆.

宵桜蒼Gagakuyo ~Gekka When the bottle is opened, it makes a nice popping sound! The aroma might be a little yogurt-y? I'm not sure 😉 . Vinegar iso type! Tastes like banana and has a gassy rummy taste! 🍌🥤. It's quite refreshing and sharp, so maybe it's a food wine type 🥰.

宵桜蒼Hanaboe Mizuhashi Nama Shu (sake brewed in wooden casks) The aroma is unique. (It has a slight yellowish taste.) Strong acidity and slight sweetness typical of mizu-hashiroshi! 🥰. It is said to be brewed in a wooden vat, but we don't feel much of the wooden vat? (On the contrary, because it is brewed in wooden vats, the acidity typical of mizu-hashiroshi is suppressed?) I've rarely heard of mizu-hashiroshi sake, but I'd like to check it out and try it 🧐.

宵桜蒼Kouei Kiku SNOW CRESCENT The lid almost popped off as soon as I opened the rubber stopper and it felt very gassy when I poured! 🥤 The mouthfeel is also quite dry due to the strong gassiness! Is there a hint of sourness? 🧐 It was served after a year's layover at a liquor store! It was a good sake for a meal, though the sweetness was moderate, probably due to the advanced fermentation in the bottle! It was a good sake for a meal!

宵桜蒼Shinanotsuru Stubbornness Gorgeous type from the aroma! 🍍 Sweet and juicy! The robust, dark flavor makes for a great drinking experience! The acidity is also rather strong, so it has a clean and refreshing aftertaste 😍. I might recommend it to people who like capsicums! 🥰

It has sweetness and richness as if it has been matured for a year, but the aftertaste is clean! There is no orikarami-like oriki sensation. 🈚️ This is my first time to drink Wakakoma! It tasted different from what I imagined, but I liked it.

宵桜蒼Haneya Junmai Ginjo Dewa Sanzan Nama Sake Steady cappuccino type, but a little more acidic? Juicy! It may be more of a light, refreshing sake than a juicy one. But it has a strong flavor, so it might be better to drink it neat when it gets a little hotter. I'm not sure. A rare sake made with Dewa Sanzu outside of Yamagata Prefecture! 🧐

宵桜蒼Rando Junmai Ginjo Dewa Sanzan Nama Sake Pineapple in both aroma and taste! (Kapu Kapu🥰) It's quite juicy and very drinkable! But the sharpness is very good, and it disappears easily in the middle...(It leaves a happy air in the mouth cavity, so it's kind of calming 🤣) It was my first time to try this brand, but it was my favorite type! There are still many more sakes that I don't know about...

宵桜蒼Amego no Tsuki Special Junmai 13 Nights Oragaraumi Nama Banana-like aroma and taste (or is it vinegar? 😉 ). It has a clean sweet and sour taste with a surprisingly strong gassy sensation! When I drank it last year, I felt a milkiness in the aftertaste, but this time it was dry and crisp 😍. I bought a bottle this time! (I learned from my mistake last time!)

宵桜蒼Shinshu Kamerei Miyamanishiki Junmai Daiginjo 39 Both the aroma and taste are pineapple-like 🍍. The way the flavor expands in the mouth is amazing! Very juicy! (Mouth full of happiness!). The sharpness and cleanness are excellent, as it has been reduced to 39% 🤩. It's expensive for a four-pack, but I'm glad I bought it 😍.
