Mikorosugi Junmai Unfiltered Nama Shu Orikarami The aroma is the same as the normal Hatsushibori with a hint of vinegared iso🍌. The taste is also stable and easy to drink! It has a sweet and sour taste with a depth of flavor derived from the ogara-mi. It is sweet and acidic, but also has a depth of flavor from the ogara-mi (I think). But it has a clean aftertaste and is easy to drink! I wonder if the gasiness will increase after a while? I would like to enjoy the change! #Sake #Samorosugi

Mitsumorosugi Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu ~Hatsu Shibori Moderate aroma (a hint of vinegared iso) Light and clean! Easy-drinking sweet and sour (with a bit of umami?), similar to the usual Roman series. It has a sweet and sour taste similar to the usual Roman series (with a bit of umami or depth added!). No cemedine-like aroma that is often found in nama-shu, so it goes in smoothly! 🥰 I wish I could get it in a bottle next time: ☺️

Sanomorosugi, Ogi-nomi (Ogi-nomi for sake brewing) The aroma is similar to the normal ogomomi (plus a little bit of ori smell). The taste is also beautifully sweet and acidic with the added mellowness characteristic of orikarami! 😶‍🌫️ I wonder if the aftertaste is unique to orizake? I'm not sure 😉. I've heard that if you let it sit for a while, the gassiness will become more pronounced! Looking forward to the changes 🤩.

Mikorosugi Shiboritate Unfiltered Nama-shu (Demon's Gomi) The aroma is of vinegar-iso type + a faint smell of alcohol. Gentle sweetness, beautiful acidity, and a clean taste! It's so light and easy to drink that it's hard to believe that it's alky and 15 degrees 😉. I wish I could drink Kanji limited brands this season! ☺️

Mikotsuru Junmai Ginjo Yamae Nishiki Aroma is like a vinegar iso + 4mp type? (like a mix of banana and muscat). Like other sake, it has a strong sweetness! But it's quite clean and crisp and disappears from the mouth as soon as you put it in your mouth...(in short, you can drink it endlessly.) ♾️🤪) It's hard to buy it near me... 🫥.

Hirotogawa Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki The aroma is of the vinegared iso type (and a little cappuccino?). More gorgeous than I imagined! Sweet and sour, clean and light... very easy to drink! 😍😍😍(I thought it was low al but it was 15 degrees, normal) I didn't drink much other than nigori, but I'll start drinking it regularly now! 😁😁

Okura Yamahai Special Junmai - Koji 4-stage brewing It has a slight yellowish hue! The aroma is strong, which is typical of Yamahai (plus a strong smell of alcohol). The aroma is strong like Yamahai (+ strong alcohol smell). Sweet and sour! It has a sake strength of -23 and an acidity of 5.8! Compared to the aroma, the peculiarity is not so strong and it is quite easy to drink! It is quite easy to drink! Nara sake is unique and interesting 👍

Kudokibe Junmai Daiginjo Hakutsuru Nishiki 33 The aroma has a very strong capsule aroma 🍍. The taste is not too gorgeous as the aroma, just the right amount of pineapple flavor! AKABU Junmai Ginjo NEWBORN The aroma is gorgeous cappuccino 🥰. Fruity and juicy as usual! The pineapple flavor overflows and is very drinkable (yet it has a nice sharpness, so you can drink more and more of it)! Atago no matsu Junmai Ginjyo Sasara Oragara Nama Shu The aroma smells of orizushi plus a hint of alcohol. Gentle sweetness as usual! The fruitiness is reminiscent of bananas mixed with a hint of koji maltiness characteristic of orihagarami 🍌. The sharpness is also beautiful, as is typical of Shinzawa Brewery! Hanaboe New Nama Shu From the aroma, it has a unique Hanaboe-like feeling! Lighter than expected! It has a thick sweetness like honey lemon and citric acidity! Rainfall, peach-colored grazing Purchased for the first time in two years! Very sweet and sour like last time, if served without knowing anything about it, you might not think it's sake! It's a little strong at 8 degrees alcohol by volume, but it's not too strong. Shinomine Omachi Junmai Ginjo-Rinri The aroma is a mixture of iso and etch? (Slightly fruity with a hint of cemedine 🧐) Gentler sweetness and acidity than expected! Gagakuyo - Test Brewing 1401 The aroma is a mixture of capsicum and iso. The sweetness is rather gorgeous (pineapple shows up 🍍)! (Pineapple shows its face 🍍) Sweet and sour with a beautiful and pleasant bitterness that is typical of Garakudai! Very easy to drink! ☺️ Test brew Part 2! Sake made with 1401 yeast! Garakudai - test brewing white malted rice The aroma is a mixture of vinegar iso and 4mmp type 😘. It is quite sour from the mouthfeel! (Is it because it is brewed with white malted rice?) The sweetness is moderate overall, with a strong acidity and a bitter aftertaste 🥰. I think 🥰. I definitely wanted to drink this sake! I'll enjoy it while watching the production log 🥰.

Mikotsuru Junmai Ginjo Suwa Miyamanishiki Muscat aroma (4mmp?) 🍇🟢. Sweet on the palate! (Mildly sugary sweetness rather than fruity) There may be a slight bitterness like a bitter taste!
