Tasake Junmai Daiginjo 40%5 Gin Karasu Gorgeous aroma! 😍 The taste is as fruity as the aroma! Pineapple type but transparent and elegant as it is a pure Daiginjo spec! 🥰 It's been a while since I've had this sake! It's not often that I drink sake made with gin-karaboshi, so I'll enjoy it 🥰.

Hi-Tsuki -Type A Very sweet and sour! 🥰(Sweetness is gentle, sourness is stronger?) Citric acidity type strength! (Is it an acid-specialized sake with malic acid-prone yeast, Yamahai, and white malted rice?) This is another brand I recently saw on SNS! It's quite peculiar, but it was my favorite type! 😍😍

Kouzake Kafu Both the aroma and taste have a strong sourness like grapefruit and a slight bitterness! The aftertaste is slightly aloe-like with a mysterious sweetness? The aftertaste is slightly sweet with a hint of aloe 😍😍😍😍. I bought it because it was popular on social networking sites! It looks delicious even if it's split in various ways! I'm sure it's delicious in many different ways!

Akabu Junmai Ginjo Aizan NEWBORN Gorgeous, grape-like aroma! 🍇 The taste is full of sugary clarity and above all elegant! (Please note that I always have the same impression of Aizan sake 🙇) I don't know why there is no Akabu distributor near me... I'll have to buy some when I see it on my way out! 😝

Mimuro Sugi Romantic Series Hana-kun The aroma is stable banana type! 🍌 Gentle sweetness and cool mouthfeel, just like every year! The gasiness is somewhat less than last year? It's easy to drink like a rumney, though I think it's less gassy than last year! 🥰 This season has come again this year! I'm so glad I got it! I'm glad I bought it! Looking forward to next year! (too early to tell 😝)

Kintsuko Junmai-shu -The Shirabe of the Ancient Capital The aroma seems to have a strong umami taste. The taste is quite sweet and thick! It has a very sweet and rich taste! The sharpness is quite good and quickly disappears from the palate! Yeast found at Horyuji temple? I heard it's made with yeast found in Horyuji Temple! There are so many different kinds of yeast 😉.

Junmai Daiginjyo Peach Color Nigori It has a gaseous taste and when poured, it looks like pink carbonated juice 😍. Like other peach-colored sake, it has a strawberry-like sweet and sour taste! I think it has more acidity than other brands. I think it's a bit more acidic than other brands 😚 😚. I'm glad I found it because I couldn't find a place to buy it near Gohashi 🥰.

Atago no matsu Junmai Ginjo Harukoi Less peachy than usual? The amount of oriki is stable! It is sweet and sour like a sake with red yeast, but it may be more subdued than last year. The drinkability may have improved because there is less of a lingering feeling! The taste is very good! I'm glad I bought a bottle this year too 🤩!

Shin Takachiyo Souzou ORIGARAMI The aroma is slightly melon-like 🍈 and slightly effervescent. The taste is as melon-like and fruity as the aroma! The fizziness of the wine makes it quickly crisp without being too long! The best part is that the alcohol content is 12%! I've never had a low alcohol melon type before, so I was very impressed 😍.

Kubota Junmai Ginjo Nigori Stable gentle sweetness! (Not fruity but firm sweet! 😍) (Not fruity, but sweet enough! 😍) Sourness seems a bit stronger than last year? (It's sweet and sour in its own way!) Above all, it's too great to buy under 1500 yen... I should have bought more (later 😭)

Abe FOMALHAUT UA The aroma is discreet 😌. It is very sweet! But there's no umami type richness at all, so it's clean, transparent, and pure sweetness (I'm not good at verbalizing 🤪). It has a nice sharpness, so you don't get tired of drinking it! I bought it without looking at the price and it was unexpectedly expensive, but it's good because it's delicious! 😍😍😍

DOLCE Drinking sweets Old wine? Golden color. The aroma is also quite strong (like a noble sake?). As the name "drinking sweets" suggests, it is very sweet! (Is it still a Kijoshu?). It has a caramel-like sweetness! I bought this because I had drunk Okura Honke's two-stage brewed sake before! I have the impression that they make quite aggressive sake, so I'll be following them in the future.

Let's take the Wind Forest Train! Both the aroma and taste are very typical of Kaze no Mori! (Fresh grape taste and a solid gasiness + hard water? The flavor of the wine is very well defined! 😍) I'm not sure if I will be able to attend the event, so I won't apply, but I'm very interested in this project... I'd like to attend sake related events in the future 🧐.

Kido Toji Qualification Holders Series #5 Is the aroma quite subdued? ☺️ Slightly sweet but overall restrained and refreshing. It doesn't feel like you're drinking sake due to the low alcohol content (12 degrees) 😙. I'm tired, but I'm ready for a drink. It is a very refreshing drink that will easily fit into your body when you are tired and want to have a drink! 😍😍

Gisuke Junmai Ginjo Aizan The aroma is pineapple 🍍. Very mild sweetness! (A typical taste of sake made with Aizan!) The mouthfeel is gentle, and the sweetness starts to come out in the middle of the bottle! 😍😍 The aftertaste is not too complex and just disappears quickly...overall it is very clean and luxurious! 🥰

Fuyuchatsubaki - Shikishima Seasonal Sake The aroma is like a fatty flavor! The nose has a Po-Fat flavor, but it's quite refreshing from the first sip to the end 😌A slight banana flavor appears during the sipping, but I wonder if it will disappear soon. ☺️ The sharpness is also very nice, but not alcoholic, so there's nothing unpleasant about it! 😏 First time I was able to buy Shikishima! They sold a lot of stuff, I'll ask the store owner to buy some more!

Koei Kiku Miun When I tasted it, I felt the sweetness was quite spectacular, but when I actually bought it and opened the bottle, the sweetness was moderate and the acidity and umami were well balanced (honorable mention 🤤). I don't think it has the acidity that is typical of Kouei Chrysanthemum so far? I think so 😁. I bought it in a bottle, so I'll leave it for a while 😘.

Mimuro cedar, Bodhi yeast Sweet and thick~! 😍😍😍The sweetness is more of a mellow sugary taste than a fruity taste? The sweetness is more like a sugary mellowness than a fruity sweetness. I wonder if it's the complexity of the yeast (difficult to say)! I'm not sure... 🧐) The label has changed slightly from last year's version, and there is also a new bottle version! Shinkame Junmai Activated Nigori Sake Handmade The quality of activity is excellent! (I was in danger when I opened it😅) From the aroma, there is a sense of koji (malted rice) and alcohol! There is a strong umami, which is typical of Shinkame, but also a hint of sweetness! (It also has a strong sense of gas, so it has a good sharpness without leaving any heaviness! It's a good wine 😚) I bought this bottle to pair with a snack with a strong flavor - it matched well, so I drank a lot of sake 😍.

Motohira GOLD - Special Grade Akaban Oumachi 2023-. Gorgeous ginjo aroma! 🤩. The taste is just like last year's yellow, like a pineapple 🍍 sweet juicy type of royal road! (Aihara Shuzo's brand, Ame no Tsuki is of course delicious, but I personally really like the juiciness of PB! 🥰)
