Really beautiful sake with a nice sharp aftertaste! 😍 I opened a good sake as the first bottle of the new year! May you have another great encounter this year! 🙏

Ohmine 3grain Hi-ire Omachi The aroma is stable, with a hint of vinegared iso (vinegar). The palate is quite sweet, but the umami strength (complexity) that is typical of Omachi comes out and the overall taste is stylish and cohesive! It's a very stylish wine! I bought this wine based on a strong recommendation from a liquor store! It was excellent to drink with the strength of sweetness that I like! 😍😍😍

Yamazan Junmai Ginjo Hitogochochi Usunigori The aroma is strongly capricious! The 🍍 It has a hard impression because of the gasiness! There is a hint of pineapple flavor, but overall the aroma is very subdued. It has a light nigorigo taste, but it is rather clear even when stirred and poured! It is a little cloudy, but even when stirred and poured, it is still relatively clear! I have the impression that it became hard to find at once! If I come across it again, I will buy it!

Yamagata Masamune Junmai Ginjyo Usunigori The aroma has a strong alcohol smell 🍶. Vinegared iso-type taste! The acidity is rather strong and comes out in the middle of the bottle! Kamo Kanehide Special Junmai 13 Nama Sake The aroma is yogurt-like. Mouthfeel is rather sweet? The taste is similar to that of vinegared iso-type sake. Banshu Issen Junmai Shichihou Junmai Lees Tangle Nama The aroma is quite melon. Strong gasiness! Not as fruity as the aroma, but still melon-like fruity! (But the dryness typical of Banshu Issen is still there!) The aftertaste is quite sharp and clean! It has a very clean and refreshing aftertaste! This nigori sake is rather popular on SNS! Isoboast Seishun Special Junmai Aroma is of the vinegared iso type, but subdued? 🍌 Dry, as is typical of Isoboast! It has a hint of banana-type fruity flavor, but is quite refreshing and easy to drink! (Less alcoholic than expected and can be ♾️ drunk with sashimi! 🐟🍶) PB in only 8 stores! I'm glad I was able to buy the special pure because it's rare! 😍

Aizu Musume Junmai Ginjo Jo Aroma is vinegared etch + alcohol smell ☺️ Mouthfeel is sweet and pineapple-like! Hirotogawa Junmai Nigori Nama Sake The aroma is of a vinegared iso type with a slight oily smell. The taste is rather sweet with a little gasiness! The gas gives the impression of being neat and clean. Dry aftertaste like every year! I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not 😉 . Thankfully I was able to buy a bottle and a quart! Tenranzan Junmai Sake Peach Color Nigori Sake The pinkness is reminiscent of strawberry ore! The aroma seems to be very sour! The aroma seems to have a strong sourness! The taste is quite sweet and acidic, as is typical of red yeast! Like other breweries, it is very easy to drink due to its low alcohol content (8 degrees)! It's very easy to drink! I've been following sake with red yeast for a while now, but this is the first time for me! I'm glad I got it! 😜.

Mimuro Sugi Junmai Ginjo Omachi Hiyoroshi Stronger than usual? Banana aroma (with a slight caramelized taste) Beautiful sweetness and acidity, typical of the Romain series! 😍Like hiyaoroshi? Hikami Junmai Hatsu Shibori-Kasumi-shu The aroma is vinegary and has a strong alcohol smell. Sweetness is stronger than expected! Banana sweetness and beautiful acidity! Senkin Snowman The smell of oak is much stronger than the aroma. It is sweeter than the atmosphere of the fragrance (difficult to verbalize~), and it feels dry even if it is sweet because it is gassy! It's a bit dry even though it's sweet!
