タカノサケAkabu's Sake Mirai. I think I like Omachi best as a sake rice, but I also react to Sake Mirai when it catches my eye. It has a good balance of fruitiness and riceiness, and is easy to drink. Akabu is delicious after all.

タカノサケIt's been a little over two years since I first became interested in sake. When I think back, it was at an izakaya that I stopped by on my way home from my first visit to my current workplace that I discovered the deliciousness of sake.
The owner was very friendly, and I can't tell you how many times the delicious food and sake saved my weakened heart. On several occasions, I was served this Tobiroki and was impressed. Another reason is that the famous sake served in the novel "Kamisama no karte" was Tobiroki.
It's a sake that is rarely encountered, but that's why it's a special sake that you can see, taste, and feel the joy of. I am grateful to be able to celebrate my wife's birthday with this sake.
