I had an image of a gutsy, fruity sake, but I thought it was smooth, sweet and tasty, and good for eating. Beautiful.
I had it with fresh ginger meat rolls and tomato salad (forgot to take a picture 😭).
The label is beautiful and I feel like I'm ahead of the summer season 🎐. ようじろうMy favorite Shinshu Kamerei♡.
Fresh and fruity. It has a gentle aftertaste. It is hard to buy this sake too. I will be thankful for it at restaurants. 🙏🏼 ようじろうI didn't see it on the menu, but when I heard there was a metaphysical now, I ordered it and it was my favorite sake future 😆.
The aroma was fruity, yet subdued. The aroma is fruity and the sweetness and acidity are gentle and fresh. It was delicious!

I had no hesitation in ordering this "super limited edition" sake.
It was fruity and had a hint of Kangiku, but also had the drinkability of Oumachi. I also felt a bit of bitterness in the latter half. ようじろうDefinitely delicious. I still like the plain and easy-to-understand sake. It is full, elegant and fresh.
I drink it after dinner and feel happy. ようじろうAroma mild, gentle, sweet, mellow.
The aroma seemed to come out as it approached room temperature.
I didn't know that lukewarm heating was recommended. ようじろうI had wanted to try this sake for a long time.
It was fruity, sweet and delicious, and had a freshness typical of nama-zake!
But after a little time, it lost its gassy feeling. Too soon? ようじろうI had been putting it off and had not seen it in liquor stores recently.
