Warmed up.
It has a strong sense of solidity and umami.
I've had it with sweet and spicy braised beef and scallion dengaku, and I'm satisfied with the taste.
I bought this drink because I heard it was specifically for camping and I brought it camping ⛺️🔥!
They have different types based on flavor, and this time I brought Diner, Dolce, and Light! Since we were camping we heated it up in hot water ♨︎.
All of them are made from Gohyakumangoku. They all have a strong acidity and a clear bone structure.
GO DINER
It is said that Diner is made for drinking during meals. The specification is Junmai Daiginjo.
The sourness is the most suppressed among those we brought this time, and you can feel the sweetness of the rice a little.
GO DOLCE
It seems that Dolce is suggested as a dessert, but I got the impression that both sweetness and sourness are very strong. It is good with warmed sake.
GO LIGHT
Light is a lineup with a lower alcohol content.
Personally, I like the light one best. Overall, it is moderate and gentle.
I got this at a convenience store near my friend's house.
It has a slightly fruity aroma, but the rest is almost unassertive, and the sharpness is good.
Beautiful, but more mellow than the Gagakuyo! I think it's got that green, green apple aroma that just swells and juices up and fades away naturally in the second half! I like this one.
This is one of the sakes that was suggested to me as a sake for sipping. We were told that it is better to heat it for a lighter taste.
It has a gentle mouthfeel with a fruity impression of green apple and Muscat, and the acidity comes in the latter half and disappears quickly.
I haven't bought one of these in ages! It's got a hint of muscat to pineapple and everything in between, it's more round than refreshing!
The sweetness of the roundness disappears quickly, and you can go neat.
The third bottle in the Hakutsuru Nishiki drinking contest is Toichi!
It is based on a gentle sweet aroma and a beautiful taste, and the acidity may be the strongest. It's light at first, but the sourness makes it clearer and better👍.
I don't think it's my favorite. I'm not sure if this is a good idea, but I'm sure it's a good idea. 😂.
The second bottle of Hakutsuru Nishiki to compare is Saku!
Gorgeous! It's got the most distinctive taste out of today's lineup! The sweetness of the aroma and the sweetness of the tongue 😍 The fruity, alcoholic, and inky sensations are all in play, and I think the peachy and melon-y vibe is a little more dominant. I think it's not just the aroma, but the assertion of the sweet flavors riding underneath that's affecting the opulence and fullness! The return scent is a slight alcoholic and slightly green apple type refreshing guy! Good 😊.
I bought a bottle of Atago no Matsuri Hakutsuru Nishiki last year even though I hadn't opened it yet, so I decided to open them all for a Hakutsuru Nishiki drinking contest 😂.
When I opened the bottle, it smelled like rice, but when I poured it, the aroma was rather sweet and gentle, the taste was clean, and the returning aroma was green apple-like. The aroma is sweet and mild, the taste is clean, and the returning aroma is green apple-like.
The aroma is a little sweet and mild, and the taste is clean. This year's is a bit more bitter, but it's not as bad as last year's. This year's is more of a bitterness, and it's clean all the way through, and both are delicate and clean as a whole.
I bought this at an antenna shop in Niigata a while ago!
It came with a choko (small cup), but it's gone away now.
The aroma is subdued, a bit nutty, but it comes back with a strong pear note.
I wish it was a little less alcoholic.
But I finished it immediately!
