Warmed up.
It has a strong sense of solidity and umami.
I've had it with sweet and spicy braised beef and scallion dengaku, and I'm satisfied with the taste.
I bought this drink because I heard it was specifically for camping and I brought it camping ⛺️🔥!
They have different types based on flavor, and this time I brought Diner, Dolce, and Light! Since we were camping we heated it up in hot water ♨︎.
All of them are made from Gohyakumangoku. They all have a strong acidity and a clear bone structure.
GO DINER
It is said that Diner is made for drinking during meals. The specification is Junmai Daiginjo.
The sourness is the most suppressed among those we brought this time, and you can feel the sweetness of the rice a little.
GO DOLCE
It seems that Dolce is suggested as a dessert, but I got the impression that both sweetness and sourness are very strong. It is good with warmed sake.
GO LIGHT
Light is a lineup with a lower alcohol content.
Personally, I like the light one best. Overall, it is moderate and gentle.
I got this at a convenience store near my friend's house.
It has a slightly fruity aroma, but the rest is almost unassertive, and the sharpness is good.
Beautiful, but more mellow than the Gagakuyo! I think it's got that green, green apple aroma that just swells and juices up and fades away naturally in the second half! I like this one.
This is one of the sakes that was suggested to me as a sake for sipping. We were told that it is better to heat it for a lighter taste.
It has a gentle mouthfeel with a fruity impression of green apple and Muscat, and the acidity comes in the latter half and disappears quickly.
