I bought some Yamaguchi sake at Maetsuru!
I almost had it home-delivered, so I only took home the ganki..!
I was afraid to open the bottle as I was careful not to gush out.
I thought it would be sparkling and light, but the supernatant was well balanced with a pleasant bitterness, and the flavor seemed to increase as I mixed in a little of the lees that had accumulated at the bottom.
Looking forward to the other sakes 😌😌😌.

It's a refreshing image with a soft acidity, and it goes down easy!
It can be served with a meal, but I personally prefer it on its own.

Sweet and slightly acidic on entry.
The aroma in the mouth is melon or cemedine-like.
Good aroma release.
It is easier to match with food than I expected, it is good with fried lotus root and whale bacon.

I thought stewed beef would be good if it was heated up, but it was a little too much for me personally because of the strong alcohol content.
