Niigata Prefecture, Shinobata City, Fujinoi Shuzo, Mezon Ikkoku Honjozo
This is a limited label from a brewery in Rumiko Takahashi's hometown of Niigata.
It is a refreshing honjozo sake, but it is also delicious with a soft sweetness. To be honest, I bought the label, but it exceeded my expectations.
delicious and cute sake
Sweet aroma, soft attack. The taste is clean and delicious. It goes in smoothly and has a light aftertaste.
Sake made in collaboration with Mezon Ikkoku. And it's just plain delicious.
I found this sake labeled "Zo Ikkoku" when I visited Niigata Antenna Shop the other day. I immediately bought it because it comes with a Piyo-Piyo cup. Rumiko Takahashi was born in Niigata, wasn't she☺️?
I bought it for the extra, but the sake itself is very easy to drink and very satisfying.
I am very satisfied with the sake itself, very easy to drink and very satisfying. I'm also interested in Rum-chan's Ginjo-shu.
Good morning, chike 😊☁️
Mezon Ikkoku! I miss it so much 💕I loved it so much that I had all the volumes 🎶I drank Ranma's cup and kept it for safekeeping (lol) 😆.
Thanks for your comment, Ponchan ☺️.
I liked it so much that I have all the volumes too, so when I found it I was wowed lol.
I see you're already drinking Ranma! I may never get rid of my cup either 😆.
I bought this at an antenna shop in Niigata a while ago!
It came with a choko (small cup), but it's gone away now.
The aroma is subdued, a bit nutty, but it comes back with a strong pear note.
I wish it was a little less alcoholic.
But I finished it immediately!
Fuji-noi Junmai Ginjo Mezon Ikkoku Beginner's Pack
The name of Fujinoi Sake Brewery comes from "Fujii no Ido" which has been handed down since ancient times. The water from the Fujii no Ido is soft water, which is said to be difficult to brew sake with, but it is said to produce mellow sake with vigorous fermentation.
This authentic junmai ginjo sake is made with traditional Niigata sake brewing techniques, and the label is written by Rumiko Takahashi, a manga artist who is proud of Niigata, to match the sake.
She requested Kyoko Otonashi, the manager of "Maison Ikkoku", as a woman who fits the image of "healing" of the sake, and expressed her soft kindness and receptiveness on the label.
You can feel the flavor of the rice softly.
and a mild and gentle sweetness.
It has a crisp bitterness and a refreshing dry taste.
Rumiko Takahashi has opened a Twitter account!
I'm of the Ranma 1/2 generation! I loved her, Kasumi-chan.
