Mild aroma, sweetness and elegance! I had an image of white peaches, but if it is too cold, the bitterness in the aftertaste may become stronger and citrus-like nuances may appear. The acidity is relatively low, and the overall taste is clean, with a nice sweetness that does not linger on the palate, too good!

Tropical pineapple aroma! When pouring, it's quite thirsty and slightly thick, with a good balance of sweet and sour flavors, and in the second half, the bitterness becomes the main flavor and physically disappears from the mouth, but the sweet aroma lingers for a long time!

It's my first Asahi Taka.
It was my first Asahi-Taka. It looks like it.
The aroma is faint and raisin-like. I think it's a raisin type, and when I take it in, I get a strong caramel taste, and the aroma that comes back is a pear nuance, like new sake (I don't know what it is, but it's something I often get in new sake).
The taste is sour or juicy.
The mid-palate has a nice caramel taste, and since it's been aged for a year, I'd like to try the freshly released version.

Since it's the new year, I'll have a Jyushiyo 😆.
From the nose it's round and sweet!
Surprisingly, after the sweetness, I feel a caramel type bittersweetness, not much acidity but it's fresh and crisp!
Personally, I think I prefer the Honmaru, but it's really good!
