Sushi and Hakkaisan.
It has a clear taste with a dry aftertaste.
I don't know if I would have liked it in the past 😅.
Now that I am 30 years old, I feel that this kind of sake goes well with food👍.
The flavor of the rice that spreads slowly on the tongue is the best!
The opening of the bottle was in the latter half of the day, but the impact of the umami makes my eyes light up!
The spiciness of the aftertaste sets it up, so it's well balanced👍.
A colleague of mine on a business trip to Kyushu bought this for me🙏.
It has a slight carbonation and is easy to drink like juice🌸.
It has an elegant aroma through the nose, similar to that of "Hououmida". And it has a lingering aftertaste like the "Saku".
From the moment you put it in your mouth to the moment you swallow it, it's always good!
I paired it with Gin no Sara😋.
The Junmai Ginjo Hakurakusei was a perfect match for the sushi and we drank it all in no time lol.
It's more umami than the Tokubetsu Junmai, so I don't think it's a special sake for food.
It is a local brand, but it is so good that it should be more famous👍.
It has a refreshing sourness and can be drunk alone or with food.
If you like Akatake, you will love it.
After purchasing at Ideya Ginza, we had a drink at a business hotel in Tokyo. Great taste with sushi from Tsukiji😏.
Very aromatic and refreshing sourness penetrates through👍.
It was a pleasure to meet you and your manager🙏.
Tenmei Nakadori Nigo
As it says "Dry & Light", this nigorizake is easy to drink. However, if you leave it for a couple of days, it becomes more sweet 😏.
Along with Niidashi Zensyu Hatsuyuki, it is very easy to drink nigorizake👍.
ROMAN Junmai Ginjo
Despite the sweet-smelling label, you can directly feel the flavor of the rice.
You can feel the "thickness" that only 4-stage brewing of glutinous rice can bring.
I personally like it best warmed and served cold.
Kenkunichi Super Dry Junmai Ginjo Original Sake
Purchased at Izumiya Sake Shop (Koriyama).
There is almost no aroma, and you can enjoy the pure flavor of the koji and rice 😛 .
Even though it's super dry, it doesn't have a harsh alcoholic taste😏.
If you warm it up, the flavor becomes more pronounced and well-balanced 👍(around 40℃?).
Mutsu Hassen Red Label
Purchased at Saito Sake Shop
Good enough to drink on its own, but suitable for drinking during meals.
It has an apple-like sourness and a subdued aroma.
The aftertaste is like a "saku", but with less sweetness🤔.
It's a great drink to have on hand.
Naraman Sake Mirai
Sour and gassy sake👍.
It has a refreshing aftertaste, so it's a great sake to drink while eating!
The photo shows leftover sashimi from the supermarket😅.
I never get tired of drinking Naraman!
At home drinking the day before yesterday.
Shinshu Kamei Hitogokochi
Personally, I found it most delicious the day before yesterday👍.
Mild aroma, less peculiar and irritating, yogurt type fermented sourness and gassy, it was the most delicious😇.
The owner says that it is rare to find outside of Nagano prefecture.
At home drinking the day before yesterday.
My friend who said she preferred Aizu Musume loved it the most👍.
It had a sweet entrance and a booming sourness! I felt the aftertaste was similar to the saku😏.
At home drinking the day before yesterday.
Niidashi Zensyu Hatsuyuki
Sour like apple juice and easy to drink👍.
Very sweet, goes great with cheese!
Maybe it's easy to drink even for people who don't like alcohol?
At home drinking the day before yesterday. I opened a bottle of Junmai Daiginjo, which I bought at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Tokyo Station last December.
It has a strong muscat-like acidity, a bit of gas, and a spicy aftertaste.
At home drinking the day before yesterday.
The yellow labeled Tasake made from white rice malt. I was able to buy it at the right time at Kameya Sake Store😏.
It's a great match for seafood, and I enjoyed it with yellowtail 🐟
The entrance was refreshing and the aftertaste was sour. It also had a slight fishy aroma 😉.
It was a bit pricey but a great food sake👍.
