Yesterday, I had it with Ishikari-nabe and yellowtail sashimi at my friend's house😏(I drank several bottles, so I'll list them little by little).
Sozora Yamadanishiki: very refreshing and easy to match with food 👍 it was easy to drink like water, but the mild acidity was very nice 😉.

Hirotogawa: Less sweet, more dry and refreshing.
Aizu Musume: It has a gassy, slightly sweet taste with a strong acidity.
Hirotogawa: As a sake for eating, it goes well with strong flavored food.
Aizu Musume is easy to drink even if you don't like sake👍.

Pure Black of Yamamoto, a popular brand in Akita.
It was very popular at home drinking along with "Gakki Masamune" which I posted the other day. Unlike the Gakki, the aroma is mild, but the well-balanced sweetness is wonderful.

Instrument Masamune Bessen Namazume
A gorgeous sweetness followed by a spiciness with a touch of alcohol that goes right through the nose👍.
It's sweet, but it doesn't leave a residue in your mouth, so you can drink it easily lol.
As for the instrument itself, you can get it in Fukushima, so I want to repeat it again 😉.
