I finally got my hands on a bottle of Jyushiyo😏.
Gorgeous aroma (muscat type) and sweet taste with little alcohol. That said, there's a bit of pungency in the aftertaste that makes you want the next sip 😋.
At my friend's parents' house.
Old-fashioned sake. Is it a favorite of the experts?
The aroma is moderate and the taste of rice comes directly.
Goes well with clams and other bitter snacks👍.
Purchased at Izumiya sake shop in Koriyama.
Toji-san said it goes well with tomatoes.
The sweetness is not too strong and you will not get tired of drinking it👍.
Muscat type topping aroma🍇
It's easy to drink even for those who don't like strong sake😂.
It's a bit drier than Kameizumi CEL-24, but I personally like it👍.
Good with tomatoes and cheese.
A bottle after returning from a business trip.
It is a little more mellow than Junmai Daiginjo of the same brand.
The aroma is moderate, and it is sweet on the first taste and dry on the second.
If you like sake, you will not be able to stop.
Versatile as a food sake👍.
I would like to try it with warmed wine next time.
I went back to my parents' house on the middle day of my business trip and shared this bottle with my family.
It has a light and moderate aroma. It has a slight sourness and is easy to drink with less alcohol👍.
I've never had a problem with it.
The impression is that it is more refreshing than Nabeshima Junmai Ginjo.
As the name suggests, it has a floral aroma, making it the perfect sake for Hanami🌸.
Purchased at Imaeya Ginza.
Realized again that this is a popular sake!
Very gassy, juicy (not fruit based) and delicious👍.
It has a similar aftertaste to Tsurumei?
The aroma is modest. You can feel the acidity, but the overall impression is clear👍.
I felt the flavor similar to Akatake Junmai Ginjo.
Lactic acid type taste.
Banshu Ikken Super Dry
Purchased at Izumiya Ginza.
The aroma and acidity were strong for a dry 👍.
It is easy to match with meals and easy to drink for a dry sake beginner. (It is not so hot as "super dry").
Sushi and Hakkaisan.
It has a clear taste with a dry aftertaste.
I don't know if I would have liked it in the past 😅.
Now that I am 30 years old, I feel that this kind of sake goes well with food👍.
The flavor of the rice that spreads slowly on the tongue is the best!
The opening of the bottle was in the latter half of the day, but the impact of the umami makes my eyes light up!
The spiciness of the aftertaste sets it up, so it's well balanced👍.
A colleague of mine on a business trip to Kyushu bought this for me🙏.
It has a slight carbonation and is easy to drink like juice🌸.
It has an elegant aroma through the nose, similar to that of "Hououmida". And it has a lingering aftertaste like the "Saku".
From the moment you put it in your mouth to the moment you swallow it, it's always good!
I paired it with Gin no Sara😋.
The Junmai Ginjo Hakurakusei was a perfect match for the sushi and we drank it all in no time lol.
It's more umami than the Tokubetsu Junmai, so I don't think it's a special sake for food.
It is a local brand, but it is so good that it should be more famous👍.
It has a refreshing sourness and can be drunk alone or with food.
If you like Akatake, you will love it.
