Limited to summer, it has a light flavor that could easily be drunk in a 4-pack bottle. It is not dry by any means, but it is refreshing and never gets boring. Sake meter reading +1, acidity 1.5 (from the label).
Koriyama Izumiya Sake Brewery
It has a sweet rice-like flavor similar to the famous Kamonishiki. It also has a nice gassy taste and goes well with a rich meal. You can't go wrong with Aizu sake.
Purchased because I tasted it at Niigata Station and Ponshukan and it was delicious.
Other tasters were Ittkey, Tsunan (Daiginjo?), and Ponjukan at Niigata Station. (Daiginjo?) were also delicious.
It is a medium-bodied sake with few peculiarities.
A smooth, fruity sake that is very easy to drink. It is similar to wine in some respects, and goes well with sushi as well as cakes and other western sweets.
After all, unfiltered unpasteurized sake is delicious😇.
An elegant aroma with a hint of spiciness comes through the nose.
This sake is from Ibi-gun, Gifu Prefecture, just like Ikimi.
A dry nigori sake. Immediately after opening the package, it has a bitter taste that goes well with a richly flavored meal. As time goes by, it becomes more acidic, but this is also delicious.
It has an excellent sense of balance. The gasiness is also moderate, but the clear sweetness is characteristic of Gakki Masamune. The flavor is similar to that of melon.
