This is a sake for the experts, and it is sure to be liked or disliked by many.
It has a very yellow appearance and a characteristic taste with a strong astringency and bitterness.
WHITE IKIMI
This is the one that got me into sake.
Even though it's been a year since I've had it, the elegant flavor reminds me of it.
It has an overwhelming ease of drinking that sets it apart from other sakes.
It has a light, dry taste that is typical of Niigata sake, but it also has a fresh, acidic taste.
It is not too sweet and is suitable for drinking with food.
Japanese Sake Bar En
Today's fifth cup.
Sake from a brewery in Kagoshima, famous for its shochu, Tominohozan.
and the supreme snack of the day on it! LOL!
It had a fruity taste like muscat, and a superbly crisp aftertaste!
The waitress was also cheerful and easy to talk to, and I enjoyed it very much😇.
Thank you for providing me with sake that I can't usually drink 🙇!
Japanese Sake Bar En
Today's fourth glass.
Naraman from Fukushima, one of my personal favorite sake.
The Junmai sake was drier than the other Naramans, but it went well with the omelet with oysters in shigure-ni!
Japanese Sake Bar En
The third drink of the day. It had a fruity, muscat like taste, very easy to drink!
It had a similar type of taste to Isshaku Suisei!
Japanese Sake Bar En
This is the second drink of the day.
We had it as a recommendation of sake to go with beef stew.
It tasted like grandma's house, old fashioned and reassuring! LOL
I felt it was a sake for the uninitiated that would go well with all kinds of stews!
@Iteya Ginza
This sake is made by Nishi Shuzo in Kagoshima.
Like Hana no Aka, it is a fragrant sake❀.
The light acidity is pleasant, and combined with the faint spiciness, it is suitable for meals.
A few minutes ago, I bought it at Isideya Ginza 💰.
I bought a bento box at a bento shop on the way to the Showa-roman bento and had a drink with it. The elegant aroma and the astringent taste that remains somehow is "kudokido" itself. It was a contrasting drink to my bad at kudoki.
Shinsei Ecru is a sake where you can feel the sweetness of the rice very well. The aftertaste had the astringency of a sake made in a wooden vat, but I thought it would be well-balanced if paired with a meal.
Shinsei Lapis (2019) had a mellow, melon-like flavor with a subdued upfront aroma. It was similar to Sharaku Junmaishu, but not quite as schmaltzy.
The acidity and fruity flavors were very nice😊.
