Sorry to edit. My second session at RH Craft Sake Week, on 4/23. Tonight’s theme — Brewed with History. My only 8 coin purchase (maybe ever?) and worth it. Great flavors & balance. Sad I was standing in a convention setting and not at home with my bride & dog, & home food. Really good stuff. Support Kyoto sakegura. No disappointments.

First of the first 3 tasting flight. Even though some age, still had freshness of a Nama Genshu Muroka. Rare to have a Shimane nihonshu but this quite enjoyable. As noted in my last post address of sushiya is wrong; it’s in Shirokanedai 6-chome now.

Doing this backwards this is the last sake of the night but first full ichigo. Hadn’t had much experience with nihonshu from Mie but this was very pleasant. Subtle and refined. Also the sushiya is now in Shirokane 6-chome area. Nice master & staff.
