This Wind Forest has also become a staple of mine. It is shwashy and fruity. As you can see in the picture, it is the least peculiar sake in Kaze no Mori. Cos it is good and tasty, I will repeat it again.
Lately, when I buy sake, I always buy Kaze no Mori along with it. I have drunk a lot of Omachi 807, but I never get tired of it. I usually put it on the table so that I drink it with every meal as an aperitif.
Above all, it is cosmetically pleasing. I feel the effort of Aburicho Sake Brewery. Thank you very much.
Daisetsuken is a well-known sake in Nagano. This special junmai hiyaoroshi is slightly sweet, but not too peculiar, so it looks good as a food sake. Last year I went to the sake brewery and took a tour. It is a delicious sake, but unfortunately, it is not often seen in Tokyo. Marketing is important!
Cold chrysanthemum electric chrysanthemum origami. We had it again this year. It did not disappoint my expectations, and was very tasty and to my liking.
I really like the taste of all Kangiku products.
I've been drinking more and more Kaze no Mori these days. Omachi 807 is a staple of mine. I drink it like an aperitif at the beginning of a meal. It's also very cost-effective, which I appreciate.
This day has come again this year. Chrysanthemum cold, electric chrysanthemum, I reserved it and got it today. We just had it a few days ago!
The taste is stable. Fruity and shwashy. It is sweet but does not leave a lingering taste in the mouth. It was a good decision to buy a bottle!
I really like all of the Kanjiku, but the Denshogiku is my favorite among them. I'm going to have another one today.
This is the first time I have had it.
Iki is known as the birthplace of barley shochu, but they also made sake.
The taste was perfect for my taste buds, as I am a fan of raw sake.
It has a fizzy, muscat-like fruity taste.
Kaze no Mori, which I drank a while ago, also has a fizzy taste, but this one is softer? I wonder why I feel that way.
I could have bought this one by the bottle. I will definitely repeat it!
Thank you for your comment, T.KISO. It makes me happy to hear that the sake I wrote about as being delicious is also delicious. It seems that we must have similar tastes, so if you have any other recommendations, please let me know!
Kudokibe is my staple. Kikugusubi has an interesting name, so I've been researching the origin of the name.
However, this may be the first time I was able to get Jr.
The taste is fruity and sweet. The aroma is elegant. It has a delicious bitterness at the end, which is a type that has not been seen before. This is a very nice taste. I was a bit impressed with the taste and would like to repeat it in a bottle. Highly recommended.
I drink Kangiku every time it comes out, and although it is single-brewed, the flavor is concentrated and fruity, just the way I like it. It was the right decision to buy a bottle. I really like the taste of Kangiku.
This is the first time I have had Yamada-Nishiki 807, and it is pleasantly fizzy, fruity, and delicious.
There are many varieties of Kaze no Mori alone, so I never get tired of drinking it!
The color of Nara Prefecture on the map of Japan is getting darker and darker.
I buy Kaze no Mori in 4-gou bottles because they don't have 1-sho bottles, but it is very helpful because the original cost is very reasonable. I have to put it in the fridge to keep it in the bottle.
The main taste of alpha1 is sweeter than the 657 Akitsuho I drank a while ago. It has a fizzy taste, but it is not very strong. It's been a long time since I had this bottle, but I will continue to drink it again!
Gold Award! Congratulations! I am ashamed to say that I first learned about Mimuro Cedar last year. I became a fan after receiving a Mimuro Cedar brand at a store.
I like fruity and sweet wines, and this Dioavita is right in the middle of them for me. The low alcohol content naturally makes me drink more. It is easy to drink and has no peculiarities, so I highly recommend it to those who like sweet wine!
I hear that this Akitsuho 657 is considered a classic among the Wind Forest. I have had it several times in the past. It is not very fruity, but it is sweet. Furthermore, it feels sweeter than the last time I drank it. It is not that strong fizziness in Kaze no Mori, but when this fizziness is mixed with the sweetness, it makes a wonderful taste.
I think it is the perfect first drink. It's also lovely how it changes to taste tomorrow.
It has been about 3 months since I last tasted Kaze no Mori. Yamada-Nishiki 807 has a stronger aroma, less sweetness, and more effervescence than the other Kaze no Mori wines, according to my personal taste. It is so tasty and the 80 series is so reasonably priced that I can't help but drink too much of it. I will buy more.
I also like Mimuro Sake from Nara Prefecture. I have not been to Nara Prefecture since I was in junior high school when I was not allowed to drink alcohol, so I would love to taste it there.
It has been a while since I have had a bottle of Kafuda Sake. This time, even though it was once-fired, it was fizzy, fruity, sweet, and mild, making me want to keep it in my mouth forever without swallowing it. It is exactly to my taste. It was a great decision to buy it in a bottle!
I pre-ordered and got Kudokigake no Kogakusha, and was determined to buy it when it was released. When I actually went to pick it up, it was on the shelf, lol.
It was fruity, but unfortunately my tongue couldn't feel the 22% reduction. I felt it was a little spicy for a -5.
I also like the fact that it is priced at 4,444 yen (excluding tax), which is a bit of a prank.
I'll try to get a new one next time!
Lately I have been drinking only fruity and gorgeous sake, but today I had a dry sake. I had another glass of sake. It tasted just like sake! It tasted just like sake.
Instrument Masamune, the label says it is unfiltered and unpasteurized. I have been drinking other kinds of Instrument Masamune, and they are usually reasonably priced and delicious. Fukushima makes good sake.
