I have had Daishinshu before, but I think this is my first Junmai Daiginjo.
Moreover,
The words, "Wa to watashi to toshi naru" ("With Wa, you must do what you want to do."), are what makes it a gem.
This is a word that seems to indicate that this is a gem of a sake. I enjoyed it with all my heart.
It had a soft and mild texture on the tongue, and even though it had a Sake meter rating of +2, it felt sweet to me and was very easy to drink. Thank you very much for the sake.

Good morning, Mr. Kappuku 😃.
I think "以和為貴" is a word with a sense of gem 🤔It is similar to "Sakeの和" 😌.
Daishinshu is easy to drink and delicious even if it is dry 😋.

Thank you for your comment, Jay & Nobby! Daishinshu is a standard sake in Nagano, isn't it? Even though I don't like dry sake, I sometimes have a sip of easy-drinking Daishinshu at izakaya (Japanese style pubs).
