Hourai series. It seems to be a limited edition of 500 bottles of Nakakumi. It has a little bit of a corner, but it is fruity and tasty, not spicy, and does not leave an aftertaste. After a day after opening the bottle, when the corners are removed, it may mellow and become more to my liking. I have been drinking since Monday, but I found a delicious sake, so no need to regret. I will accept it with an open mind. I want to repeat this sake.

It has been a long time since I bought a bottle of Xuka Daisen Yoshi, and I know what it tastes like. I have never seen this brand anywhere other than my local liquor store, but it is reasonably priced and I buy it whenever I am in doubt. It is a fresh-brewed sake, so it doesn't have the shwashiness that I like, but it is mild, slightly rich, and a little spicy. If I had to say, I would say that I prefer Xuka Daisen Taka because it is more fruity and sweeter. After opening the bottle, the sweetness seems to increase as the day goes by, so drink it slowly.

It is smooth and sweet. Nigori sake is a drink I like to drink when I am tired. Nigori sake is easy to drink and tastes good, so I drink too much. The size of this bottle is ok!

I drank several Kaze no Mori and my preference Kaze no Mori was the best. Not too fizzy, fruity, and the sweetness is on the strong side. It is clear with no cloying taste. A definite repeat ◎

We had it at Shinbashi. It was a sweet wine with a rich flavor. It may sound strange, but I had it at the end as if it were a sweet. It was delicious. It is quite sweet, so you don't need a lot of it. We are lucky to have encountered it!

We had it in Shinbashi. Kangiku from Yamatake City, Chiba Prefecture, is always a don't-miss favorite, no matter what I drink. I don't know if it has something to do with Kujukuri or what, but it is always basically sweet, fruity, and shwashy, which is perfect for my taste. This sunny day is especially perfect! It's a shame to swallow it ◎ If you come across it, please try it!

Slightly seme smell, strong schwash, fruity but not too sweet, as is typical of Kaze no Mori. It is fruity but not too sweet, almost like a sparkling wine. Delicious!

First of all, don'tplease! I will write from Sake-no-wa's map of Japan, Kyushu is hard to fill in. This time we got a sake from Saga Prefecture. When I opened the bottle, it made a nice sound, and when I put it in the glass, it was slightly orange, as it is called "Orange. Why orange? There are small bubbles in the glass, and the aroma is also orange! It is fruity and definitely smells like orange in the mouth. It has a fizzy feeling, and after swallowing, it is refreshing and crisp. But it is not spicy. It is just right for my taste! If I had a bottle, I would buy more! I would definitely recommend this sake to my acquaintances. Kyushu has a strong image of shochu, but I fell in love with Saga Kouei Kiku!

Musical Instrument Masamune, very good use of brewing alcohol. I used to think that sake should only be junmai (pure rice), but after drinking Musical Instrument Masamune, I was reminded of this. It has a light semeshu, a slightly fizzy, sweet, easy-drinking taste that I like. And it is reasonably priced. I could have bought it by the bushel, since there is no hassle with instrumental Masamune! I have no connection to Fukushima Prefecture, but I find that most of the sake I enjoy is from Fukushima. I love Fukushima lol.

The characteristic "shwash" of Kaze no Mori was a little subdued, but the usual fruity taste came through when I put it in my mouth. The fruity taste was a bit subdued, but it was the usual fruity taste that disappears easily. This is my second time drinking Kaze no Mori Dew Leaf Breeze 807. Slightly fruity, with a strong gasiness. The small bubbles are clearly visible in the poured glass. I like the taste. It is hard to find, so I will buy it again when I see it again.

I had it with my senior at work. He said he won this sake in a lottery. I looked it up, and it seems that it is a very difficult sake to obtain. Just hearing that makes me excited. The taste is full-bodied, slightly fruity, and a little dry when swallowed. It is easy to drink. It seems that you can get it through Furusato tax payment, so please try it if you like.

I like the fruity taste of Kudoki-ue, so I bought this in a bottle of Dewa Sanzu. I was also attracted by the 33 polished sake. While I still have a lot of sake at home, I was afraid that it would be sold out, so I made a reservation and bought it in a hurry. I let it sit in the fridge for a while, but opened it today. As expected, it is fruity and sweet. It is a draft sake, but it does not have a fizzy feeling. It clung to the palate so thickly that it was a shame to swallow it. This is delicious - it was the right decision to buy a bottle! Tomorrow is the new year, and I would like to drink in moderation so I don't have to wake up too much, but I'm not sure if I can do it. My sake map is all Fukushima and Yamagata. And Yamagata's Dewa Sanzu, which is a remarkable sake rice!
