Taisetsukei, which we have had several times. This sake is available in Nagano Prefecture, but is hard to find in Tokyo.
It is fruity, aromatic, and delicious.
Then again, the cosmetics are so good that I wish they would distribute it at my neighborhood liquor store!
This is the So-no-Kangiku series that I buy when I see it because it almost certainly hits my taste buds. This is my first purchase.
It is fruity and sharp, and it was the right choice. It was perfect for my taste! As expected of Kangiku. Thank you very much.
The name, bottle and label are cute. I bought it because of its summery feel.
Many alcoholic beverages are low in degree in summer, but this one is not that low at 14 degrees.
It has a sour taste, fruity and refreshing. It has a nice sharpness and is delicious.
We often drink "Takachiyo" in hiragana, but this is Takachiyo in kanji.
The aroma is fruity, and the taste is also fruity. It has a slightly fizzy taste, which I like very much! I am so glad I bought it!
On my sakéwa Japan map, Fukushima is the most common, but Takachiyo Sake Brewery is definitely pushing up Niigata. Thank you for your always delicious sake!
I bought it a while ago and let it sit in the refrigerator for a long time.
This was the first time for the brewery to try Koshiro-Nishiki, and since we were able to get it at the right time, we shared it with everyone in the company.
It was slightly more sour and fruity than their usual special junmai tasake. It had a freshness to it that I really liked. It was a big hit with my coworkers.
The local supermarket always carries Tasake, but it is always at a premium price. I guess it is a balance of supply and demand, but it is a pity that I hesitate to buy it when such a delicious sake is right in front of my eyes.
The label is austere, and before drinking it, the image one has is that of a Japanese sake!
In fact, it is fresh, crisp, and easy to drink.
It is said to be dry, but I did not find it dry at all, but rather fruity. I still need to work on my palate. I don't know if this kind of wine counts as dry!
However, I can honestly say that I think it is delicious. If I find it, I will buy it immediately. Thank you very much.
Hello, Kabuku 😃
Mr. Kifengaku! The austere labels are also delicious 😋.
I only see it occasionally at the liquor store I usually go to 🥲 but I always pick it up if they have it: ‼️
Thank you for your comment, Jay & Nobby. Did you also know about the austere label Kifeng Tsuru? I am impressed.
This time my colleague brought it to the company and we drank it together. I asked him where he bought it in detail, because I was attracted by its cosy and austere label.
Sake in Saitama Prefecture, Igarashi. I am a big fan of Saitama Prefecture's sake. I especially like the fizziness of this Igarashi.
This Igarashi has a fizzy and muscat-like fruity taste that does not betray. The bitterness that can be felt is exactly like muscat.
It is a very nice sake with good cost performance. Thank you.
I went to the liquor store and found it still available, so I bought it again following the purchase on 8/9. Buying two bottles of the same brand in one month is quite rare for me.
I had a happy time. Thank you very much!
Tokyo sake. I used to see this sake when I was small, but this may be the first time I've had it myself.
I guess it's a bit dry. Thank you for the sake!
I usually buy sake at a liquor store, but this time I looked in a nearby Aeon and found some sake from the Hanaharu Sake Brewery in Fukushima Prefecture, so I bought some to try.
According to my Sakewa Japan map records, I drink the most sake from Fukushima Prefecture.
The taste of Hanaharu is neither sweet nor spicy, but rather fluffy, with maybe a little bitterness in addition to sourness. The cospa is good.
Thanks for the food!
ocean99 series. A definite one.
When I opened the seal, I could feel a slight effervescence and fruity sweetness with a fruity acidity.
It's a great favorite!
Thank you, brewer, for the delicious sake!
Thank you for your comment, ma-ki-. Yes, it's delicious. It is very delicious, isn't it? Many of Kangiku's sakes are fruity and sweet, just my taste, so when I see them, I can't help but buy them. I don't hesitate to buy even a bottle of Kangiku's sake without hesitation.
I am envious that you drink Jigikin so often, because I have a hard time finding it in my neighborhood.
It was at a local liquor store, different from my usual store. I bought it out of a conditioned reflex, even though I have had many bottles this year. This time of year, it is fire-brewed once.
It was delicious with a stable taste!
At a local festival, a friend of mine brought some and we had a little extra to take home.
It was the first nigori I have had in a while, and I actually quite like nigori. I think it must be the influence of drinking amazake since I was a child.
It is sparkling, but has a gentle effervescence and a luxurious feel. It was slightly sweet, easy to drink, and to my liking.
Thank you for the treat!
I often drink Takachiyo, but this is my first time to try Takachiyo. It is very well-rounded with good brewing.
It has a fresh gasiness. Fruity and sweet. We brought it to a local festival and enjoyed it. I will repeat it!
I bought it at Hasegawa Sake Shop earlier on my way home from work.
I had some sake at home that I bought earlier, but I couldn't wait to open this one first.
The taste is fruity and slightly sweet. It tastes like muscat, or perhaps even muscat itself. It is sharp but not spicy. The alcohol content is low, I guess.
Mmmm, too delicious. Tomorrow is my summer vacation, but I will drink it slowly, being careful not to empty the four-pack!
Hiragana, Takachiyo, series.
This time it is GOLD, and as it looks, it tastes fruity and gentle, just like pineapple. But it does not contain pineapple extract, does it? It is a wonder.
I have had this every year, and I am sure of the taste. Thank you very much.
Nanbu Bijin is a sake that is relatively common in izakaya (Japanese style pubs). This time, it is a junmai daiginjo with a rice polishing ratio of 35%.
It is a gorgeous and elegant sake, with no hint of miscellaneous tastes that even my humble palate can recognize.
I enjoyed it with care, thinking that it must be very expensive.
Thank you for the sake!
We purchased a bottle of True White Omachi 50, which we have enjoyed every year.
This year, as always, it has a sweet aroma, and when you drink it, it has a gaseous, fruity, sweet mouthfeel just like the aroma, and the sweetness spreads in your mouth.
It is my very, very favorite flavor. Thank you again this year, Mr. Kuramoto!
I looked at Sake no Wa's records and found that the brand I drink the most was Kaze no Mori. Well, I had noticed that, lol.
I am very grateful that even at this time of year I can have it in my favorite draft sake. Thank you for the sake that always tastes as good as ever. Thank you to the brewer.
