Kuheiji light nigori raw sake, which is sold by reservation. A colleague brought it to me.
It was fresh and crisp, as is typical of nama-shu, but not too spicy. It is a great taste.
Thank you very much.
This is the first time I have heard the name and the first time I have drunk it. I see that this sake has won awards at many events. It was juicy, delicious and gorgeous sake.
Thank you for the treat.
A restaurant dedicated to Fukushima, guarded by Shinbashi. This was my first visit. The sake was innocent, but a bit expensive. It was a rare sake, so I took it as it was. I hope it is given back to the sake breweries in Fukushima.
The taste is slightly fizzy and slightly bitter, but since the original is juicy, it mingled with it and we enjoyed it.
Thank you for the sake.
I drank Hana-yoso at a restaurant in Shinbashi and found it delicious! I decided to buy it, but it was a hard-to-find sake.
More than half a year later, I happened to have a chance to get it and bought a bottle! It was too good to drink alone, so I opened it with my colleagues at work.
The fruity aroma was so strong that I was excited before drinking it. The four of us opened a whole bottle.
I would have liked to enjoy the taste after a little while, but it was too delicious to do so. If I have the chance to drink it again, I will buy it without hesitation!
First, it is difficult to read.
Banzai Aikoku,
Hmmm...what a four-character word that makes you feel determined.
I tried it for the first time, attracted by the fact that it is unfiltered, unpasteurized, and reasonably priced.
The taste is fruity, like muscat, and I like it very much.
I also like the "thanks" on the label.
It's a winner!
It seems to be limited to the brewery at the station. Both the bottle and the label are a bright blue. The alcohol content is a little high at 17 degrees because it is a pure sake, but it was not too rich and easy to drink.
Thank you for the sake.
Nagano, Daisetsuken. It's hard to find in izakaya (Japanese style pubs), but they do carry good sake. I have had it several times and it is one of my favorite brands.
This sake is raw and makes my heart sing. I liked it very much. Delicious!
Thanks for the treat.
It is another Yokoyama, but I drank it a while ago and liked the taste, so I took a chance and bought it in a bottle.
I thought it was a draft sake, but when I looked at it before opening the bottle, I saw that it was actually fire-aged. But when I drank it, it had a strong aroma and was fruity and tasted like muscat.
When I think of Iki, barley shochu comes to mind, but they also make very good sake. Thank you, thank you to the makers.
I have been receiving Koshi Risshun Asa Shibori every year.
It is fizzy, fruity, and does not disappoint me. I enjoyed it again this year! I can't wait for next year already.
I have only had Tsururei at Japanese-style pubs, and I had a strong image of dry sake.
This Shiboritate Junmai sake is also plus 3, so I was sure it would be dry, but it did not seem that dry, and I enjoyed it.
Thank you for the sake!
Purchased on a business trip to Koriyama, Fukushima. Since it was a fresh sake, I put a cooler in my backpack and took it home on the bullet train.
Since I had already tasted it there, there was no doubt that I would like it. Fresh, fruity, and reasonably priced. It is indeed a Fukushima sake.
The label is cute, too.
This time it was a gift.
Kubota was a sake that I had often only heard of by name since I was young.
I think this is the second time I've had it since it was revamped. I thought it might not be to my liking, as I like sweet sake, but when I tried it, I was surprised. It was more clear and refreshing than spicy.
I let it sit for 2 days after opening the bottle and drank the rest of the bottle. The spiciness mellowed out and became closer to my liking, and I really enjoyed it.
Thank you very much for the drink.
chika-san A colleague of mine brought this to the company and said she bought it at a nearby liquor store in Tokyo. It is made with rice from Bibai City, Hokkaido, so he associated the character with a musical note!
I remember drinking it several times in the past. It is a fairly sweet sake that is easy to drink. It has a nice sharpness to it, and as a lover of sweet sake, I was very pleased with the taste.
Thank you very much.
Although it is a new NEXT product, it still has the same gentle shwash and sweetness. Wind Forest is definitely delicious. Personally, however, I thought it was too settled and could be interesting with a little more quirkiness.
This is a sweet Junmai Daiginjo Nama-shu, even though Kudokutei has a lot of dry sake. I had it last month, and it is just right for my taste. It is a waste to swallow it. I would definitely like to have it again.
I have had Daishinshu before, but I think this is my first Junmai Daiginjo.
Moreover,
The words, "Wa to watashi to toshi naru" ("With Wa, you must do what you want to do."), are what makes it a gem.
This is a word that seems to indicate that this is a gem of a sake. I enjoyed it with all my heart.
It had a soft and mild texture on the tongue, and even though it had a Sake meter rating of +2, it felt sweet to me and was very easy to drink. Thank you very much for the sake.
Good morning, Mr. Kappuku 😃.
I think "以和為貴" is a word with a sense of gem 🤔It is similar to "Sakeの和" 😌.
Daishinshu is easy to drink and delicious even if it is dry 😋.
Thank you for your comment, Jay & Nobby! Daishinshu is a standard sake in Nagano, isn't it? Even though I don't like dry sake, I sometimes have a sip of easy-drinking Daishinshu at izakaya (Japanese style pubs).
