Shisora桜ラベル 純米吟醸 無濾過生原酒
ずおとんI have recently become completely addicted to Purple Space, and when a new series is released, I immediately buy it. This time, the cherry blossom label has a sweet fruity aroma of grapes, pears, and apples, with an elegant yogurt-like flavor.
It is less sweet than the others in the series, but the acidity is just right, and the aftertaste is clean and balanced with a gentle mouthfeel that is characteristic of Murasaki Uchu. It was a very tasty sake with a rich flavor, but not too strong. Thank you for the sake!
