The fifth bottle of this year's Purple Space is Snow Label, brewed with Miyamanishiki.
The aroma was sweet and juicy with hints of apples, pears, ripe fruits, and yogurt. The sweetness comes first, but the acidity and umami are stronger than the others in the series, and a slight bitterness tightens the overall impression. Although the flavor is strong, the aftertaste is refreshing and easy to drink, just as in the other series, and the taste is as delicious as ever. I am looking forward to another series 🎵.
