It is a delicious sake with a dry appeal, but with a refreshing sweetness and gentleness that outweighs the dryness. It occurred to me that many people who say they are hard on others are actually the more considerate ones.

Mayugurokamome
It was not only refreshing and fruity, but it was empty in the blink of an eye. Just the fact that it is called "the brewer's secret sake" makes it taste twice as good. In fact, it is delicious.

Bonito Tataki and Drunken Whale. This combination makes it taste three times better. Drunken Whale has a very different face with Junmai and Junmai Ginjo. It was delicious.

The sake is slightly sweet and has a clear taste with little cloying flavor, as if you are receiving a drop of flowers. It was served with tempura of wild vegetables. It was delicious.

This sake has a pleasant rich sweetness and mild acidity. If someone were to serve it with ice and tell you that it is a tropical fruit juice, you might take it seriously. It is a luxury to be able to enjoy this kind of sake.
